The women who assisted us in picking up our paper work was extremely efficient and organized! We drove over 3 hours to pick up the car and drive back home. I was personally amazed at the great customer service provided by her. I'm so sorry I can't recall her name. But give this girl a raise and keep her at all costs.

The customer service is nice and friendly. None of that corporate b******* that you got to deal with bigger auctions... They have a nice GSA sale for the public. Not too many auctions carry that nowadays..
