Like the new store but the parts guys are horrible except for Sandy the manager he is always right on and always helpful and hustles . when he is not there. Seems like the parts department is just in the tank just went in there for to get a simple gas cap for a Ford F150, XLT, the parts guy in the center Terminal had no idea and willing to not even grab the part to verify if that's the correct gas cap he was too lazy to even go get the part service left the store very frustrated end up going to AutoZone which had awesome customer service and they have the correct part

If You need Car care products for carwash, or fluids for brakes, power steering, lubricants or other go visit Auto Zxxx, O'Rxxlly, or other. If You want quality parts, then Napa AP is the place. And I don't want to purchase a part, and then have to go back 2-3 times in some instances to either return because of poor quality or design, or get the right part. You definitely get what You pay for at Napa AP.While they have an extensive inventory between the North, and West Texas stores sometimes a part will require ordering. Lead times are reasonable, most being 1-2 days.I rated them 4 stars because their online search engine You can access stinks. In most cases they are helpful as well depending on the level if experience the Customer service has.All in all I visit Napa AP for Car, Truck, Marine, and some general parts for small engines like Lawn Mowers.

I will definitely not be returning. The people behind the counter have no idea what they are doing. Once he found my part he wanted to charge me even though I had proof I already paid. Then he couldn't figure out the computer and kept saying ( sorry man I don't really know what I'm doing". He kept saying he needed to get the manager but didn't go get him and instead sat in his chair waiting for the manager to pass by. This is before I said "hey why don't you go get him?". The staff didn't know what a spark plug gapped was either. Hello, ypu work in a auto parts store. The manager was the only one know what he was doing and seemed to be doing all the work. I will NEVER return to this store location again.

The. Lady was busy with other customers she didn't see the paint touch up paint in stock.I was about to leave and she went back in a storage room just check and said it's not available.I also checked the shelves for another product and and she went back again and found it ??

I went in for help with replacing a front light, back light and windshield wipers as my car is old and needed new parts. The reps in the store were super friendly and assisted me with install after I tried and failed myself (I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to cars lol). Above and beyond customer service, these folks need raises!

Most Napa stores are well stocked with what you need. However, most Napa stores have counter help that are glued to their bar stools. They do not like to get up and help you find things, they just point or say things like "it's probably in the back" and then just sit there and look at a screen.They are friendly but not very motivated to get off that chair and help you.

I wish I could give zero stars, but it will not allow me. Horrible customer service! My husband purchased an oil filler cap. Placed it on the vehicle and it came off, spraying oil under the hood. He returned to another location to purchase another one (since this location was closed) and realized the first one he purchased was missing the gasket. He returned to the West Texas St. Location to return the original filler cap since it was defective. He explained to the clerk the problem and told him it was missing a part. The clerk replied “so you say” and refused to issue a refund. Terrible way to treat your customers!!!

8:20am and doors are still locked. Some of us depend on reliability of a parts houses to get things done. Not sure if I should keep waiting or try to drive to another store.Updated:After seeing two employees drive in 20 min late and waiting another 5 min with another customer, I finally called. I was told they weren't going to open up until 1030. They couldn't even come out and tell us that in person..

Selection is pretty vast and customer service is very good!
