4 stars because i got someone really helpful on the phone. Even though it took a long time to get thru. If you can pay or make arrangements to pay because if u get behind or delinquent u have to deal with 3rd party GC SERVICES which can be annoying. Just paid $360 for a u-turn ticket in solano county fairfield ouch
