Thank you Sandra. She save me some money and fixed my 75inch Sony Tv. From the moment I asked my question Sandra was direct and set the expectations. I have a 2017 Sony Bravia TV XBR75X850E. My child threw a toy at the tv and it cracked. I was devastated and annoyed. I explained it to Sandra and I asked can it be fixed and she responded just throw it away. Her response was what I was expecting and it cracked me up. I just knew in my heart there was no fixing it. But the stars aligned and she said she had the same model tv and she could try to repair the screen. She described it as doing heart surgery. She said if she can fix it great, if not she could recycle it for me. She was able to fix it and she fixed it fast. Dropped it off Monday and was ready for pickup on Wednesday. So within 3 business days she got me back rolling. I was not ready to buy a new and spend a lot of money. Because these Sony Bravia's are not cheap. plan I love this tv so much. By the way, Sony also doesn't sell the replacement screen. Give this pace a try and at least a phone call to see if you can fix your tv rather than it going to the dump. She kindly offered to pick up my tv but I live a bit a ways away from Fairfield So I drove it to her. Thanks again.

Great service our Samsung tv had a dark grey spot in the middle of the screen and I called them and Sandra answered she took all my informations and thankfully our tv is still under warranty but Sandra took care of everything and 3 days later she came over to our house and replace the screen she did a fantastic job I definitely recommend them thank you Sandra.

I really appreciate Sandra from Michael electronics. I was told that my TV was not repairable by another company. Samsung insisted that we try to repair it one more time. I have been without a TV for two months going back and forth having multiple visits and conversation with Samsung. Sandra came out and the TV was repaired withing ten minutes of her being here. She was knowledgeable, professional, very friendly. I would definitely recommend Michael electronic to anyone and will definitely be keeping them in my books for any/all my future repair needs. Michael Electronics Services is one of only 2 companies in the SF Bay area that are authorized to conduct repairs of Samsung TVs under warranty. Initially, Samsung had connected me with the other company that was both difficult to reach and provided horrible technical service. Here I want to emphasize the great technical service I received by Sandra, who is a highly capable electrical engineer and has a thorough knowledge of Samsung TVs. Sandra showed up for our appointment on time and diagnosed and repaired by 65-inch Samsung TV in no time. I will surely contact Sandra again if needed!

I am terribly late submitting this review but wanted to again thank Sandra for her competent, cheerful service. This time she replaced a screen on my 65" Samsung that got broken while moving furniture around! We got a quick appt, she had the correct replacement and had it installed in under an hour, all the mess cleaned up and was on her way. She's a pleasure to work with. The price was right and I was happy to pay it! I'm glad to give her my highest recommendation. Thanks, Sandra!

Without a doubt Michael's Electronics Service is the option to go with. It's a long story, but I purchased a defected 85" Samsung TV. Initially, Samsung sent out ServiceQuick, and my gosh, did I want to punch a hole through my wall. They sent out multiple technicians to "diagnose" this issue with no resolution. They even cancelled my service ticket without my consent. After 4 weeks of going back and forth, I finally gave up and called Michael's. 72 hrs; that's all it took from my initial call to replacing the part. Sandra and Roberto are a DYNAMIC duo.- problem solvers, HIGHLY efficient, and very personable. Didn't even feel like service was being done on the TV while they were here. I'm telling you right now, if you're needing ANYTHING done and they say they can do it. Go for it. Don't be me and waste your time with anyone else. Again, THANK YOU SANDRA AND ROBERTO for the AMAZING work that you do. It should not be overlooked. Cheers!

Michael Electronics came to our house yesterday and I have never had such a great experience as we did yesterday with someone coming to our house to fix our electronics. Sandra was very knowledgeable, had all the answers to our questions and worked quickly. She was also very presentable, nice, and she made us laugh, I felt like she was one of our guest which nobody has ever made me feel this way before. She didn't make it awkward and quiet while she was working. We enjoyed talking to her so much and hearing some of her stories about being in this business while she fixed our Sony tv. If in the future we need repair service I will defiantly contact Michael Electronics. Thank you Sandra for working so efficiently whilst at the same time having great energy and radiance.

I highly recommend Michael Electronics Service. Very knowledgeable in regards to flat panel displays. Sandra really understands customer service. I've been talking with her for over a year now and she is always willing to give advice on dealing with various Flat Panel display repair issue. She is never In a rush to end a phone call but takes the appropriate amount of time to address your technical issues, Free of charge. I'm a Audiovisual Consultant and I like to work on my own equipment but yesterday I installed a new main board in my Sony XBR65X850c and I ran into some problems, I called Sandra and she walked me through the process correcting the problem over the phone. She was not obligated to do that because she is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable - dedicated to her craft. I have been in this industry for a while now and we need more people like Sandra and Michael Electronics Service. In a few weeks I will be driving to Fairfield Ca from Brentwood Ca to have Sandra repair a cracked screen on a Samsung display and I promised her I would treat her to a Five Guys burger. My pleasure! My father called Sandra regarding our TV to asked how much is the repair for our Samsung 75 inches. She just asked the model # and serial # and helped us through the process and found out our TV still under warranty and saved us almost 4k. She's very knowledgeable and been in the business for 30 years. We are so impressed by her. She's so good. She's very reliable and on time. She keeps you updated all the time. It only took a week for everything for waiting for the parts and she installed it really quickly. She's very nice and has a very good customer service. I recommend her to everyone. She's my hero. I have a brand new Samsung 75 inches TV for free. Thank you Sandra!

I have the best TV repair experience with Sandra, in comparison with the previous repair company "ServiceQuick' that they canceled once, no show once, and showed up finally after 1 hour late and asked for a video of what happened and just closed the ticket with a comment that customer is not reachable. When I called Sandra, she listened to the description and concluded that the screen is bad, she will order a new screen before coming up for repair, once the part is in, she texted me, set up an appointment, texted me a day before the appointment, texted me an hour before she will arrive, it is just unbelievable customer first attitude. When she arrived, only took her 1/2 hour to run the diag, replace the screen, and run the service test, and it is fixed, very efficient. Then I found out she is also the owner of Michael electronics and she used to work for Sony TV engineering for diagnosing TV problems. There is no doubt that she is an expert in TV repair, so if you want to get your TV fixed, don't go for the so called "quicky" company, call Sandra/Michael Electronics and buy the extended warranty so if TV has issue, it can be fixed instead of dumping it for a new one, it is better for the environment. 4 days ago NEW DO NOT BUY. I received a laptop with a different serial number than the box, and the charger was different too. I complain, they say sorry our tec put the wrong one in the box. Okay. Never got the email return label. Call again and get the return label. After printing return label, taking it to UPS... I ask when will the correct one be shipped? They say next day. Nope. Called back 3 days later.. I am p*ssed at this point. I needed the laptop last week. I asked if it's been shipped. Ohh of course. It's waiting at a CVS. Signature required. The guy told me he'd send the tracking number. He did not. I ask for a $50 credit for what I went through. They say nope, I'll give you a $10 USB hub. $50 off a $$1000 laptop is 5%. Okay thanks for nothing. The second laptop is what I ordered. Please do business with them if you want to experience this sh*t.

Sandra was fantastic when I needed my Sony TV repaired recently. The part I needed was back ordered from the manufacturer so she found a used one for less money, came to my house and fixed it quickly and efficiently. This was not a simple fix and she diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and took great care in servicing my tv. I would recommend her for any and all electronic repairs.

Outstanding service! Would highly recommend them for tv repair! My Sony Smart Tv blew a board (within my warranty) and Sony support in Florida recommended them near my address in California. They are GOOD!
