Rude condescending and over charging I walked out and went to another location to find a price 150 lower than what I was told with no explanation only to the posted retail price was not the price I was told bait and switch I went to the competing store off hwy 12 by raleys to get a much better customer experience the big girl with the glasses needs to be trained on customer service and not to overcharge people

I wasn't took care of horrible customer service I went elsewhere Pittsburg ca metro pcs on somersville rd at the Century plaza gave me a 4.0 service outstanding ? helping me unlock the screen lock on my tablet.

Very disappointed with this store. I've never had a problem and have always felt like I wasn't taken advantage of. Until yesterday. I went in thinking I wouldn't have to pay double the money if I brought my daughters sim card in to switch to a different phone because her current phone was completely broken. I was so wrong. It was suppose to be a simple switch. Pay 25$ and have her phone turned on. Granted both my daughters and sons phone were the same one so I can see the mix up. The lady who helped me ended up putting the wrong info in and some how tied my son's current SIM to my daughters broken phones info and turned it completely off. Meanwhile she had me pay before verifying that my daughters unbroken phone was on. The store manager then called 611 to get things straight where I swear I heard them say "waive the fee" because it was their mistake. I didn't get my money back and ended up going to the store on W.Texas to get things figured out. Where I ended up having to pay another 25$ for an IMEI switch when it was accidently switched in the 1st place. Still ended up paying double??♀️

I came in to metro today hoping to resolve the issue with me and my daughters phone. I really appreciate the service I got from Stephanie. She went right to the problem and solved it with a great attitude. I highly reccomend her. ?

I went into the store 45 minutes prior to closing, Odalis and staff went above and beyond to answer my questions about their promotional deals. Odalis was very patient and kind while I was asking various questions regarding the promo. Odalis broke down the cost so that I could understand in full what I was paying since it was for 4 cell phones. After completing the paperwork, the other staff members installed the screen proctors and the cases for all phones even though the store was closed. I truly appreciated that.

Went in there today and they tried selling me another for on my account for $140 when I'm already eligible for a upgrade went to another metro pcs store not too far from this one left with a newer phone with a free case and screen protector for $90 if I could give this place a 0 star I would
