“I shopped at Hot Topic in my teen years and now my teens like to shop here. Honestly, in my 30's I still like to get some fun items here. Band t-shirts never go out of style. There are unique clothing items and novelty items which are good for gifts and room decoration. The staff are friendly and helpful.”

I was throughly impressed Needed 10 shirts made had no problem in completing my order I was able to Pic them up the next week. They were out of the hoodies I needed (size and color) I needed 5 3x red... had to put down a small down payment but I was able to Pic them up the next day ...and the baby... absolutely precious definitely will b back this one visit won my business ...”
“This store and staff are the best. It is super clean and organized and the staff is very helpful. They are very informative on the products they have in store. My store in Vacaville is dirty and they don’t have a friendly staff it seems more of a hang out for the staff. Zumiez in Fairfield is where it’s at.”

“In addition to having a great selection of work pants, boots, shirts etc. They have a staff that is ready to go above and beyond. Luis assisted me in a return, I had grabbed tan dickies for work when I needed black. Luis came through for me and took care of the exchange on his end and even helped me in finding the new pants I needed! I am very thankful for work world and their kind and helpful staff, I know I'll be coming back for any future uniform needs!”
“I don't normally go to Boxlunch but my daughter is an anime fan. We both ended up buying something but mine was Disney. A gentleman helped us and was very knowledgeable and my daughter was surprised. He was very nice and polite even though he was the only one working that day with other customers in the store. Next time you go there ask for JJ. I'm sure he will give you the same experience.”
“Exceptional service! I went to the Brentwood CA location last week. Nobody greeted me. Nobody told me if there was a sale. Super cluttered store and the employees didn’t even appear to care. So, I tried on some cloths then left. The following weekend, I drove to this location in Fairfield and was greeted. I was told there was a sale. And also was even helped when I was trying to determine which pant to purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.”

“This store I went to was amazing even though I was still looking for a Easter outfit that turns out everything went well I highly recommend the store to stick around for another 30-40 years and the lady that helped me of that store she's a very hard worker also did an awesome job on making my suit fit me very well and I do hope to come back soon for the summer for leisure suits.”
