My first Yelp review ever but I feel anyone considering this business needs know about our experience. Initially, Mr Meader told us we were going to owe Fed taxes approx $600.00. That was fine we knew we were going to owe this year. Today my husband brings the taxes home and Mr. Meader has us down to owe Fed taxes in the amount of $1800.00! He also lost the blank check I left with him. I called him to find out why there is such a discrepancy and he stated "that was just an estimate." Then when I told him we were disappointed in the service and will just file our own taxes he very gracefully hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. A $1200 difference is not an estimate it is called not knowing what your doing. Also, he said he knew nothing about my blank check I left there. Then again I should have known, he wrote everything down on a tablet, no computer. Just be warned!!!
