If I could give this place zero stars I would. On two separate occasions this place has severely disappointed me. The first was a random Tuesday that I went at 4:00pm when I got off work and they weren't even open although Google says that they are open until 5:00 p.m. The second was today I walked in around 3:30pm on a Wednesday as their door says that they accept walk-ins I was greeted by all three women and even though there were only two clients there, the woman told me that they were busy and had no time to take off my fake nails that are now hurting me because they are two months over grow. Not only did they not offer me a different appointment or tell me when they would be available they just continued talking to their one client that was inside. Rude and inconsiderate customer service skills, I heard this place was good but I've never seen it or experienced it.

I have been a client of MC Spa for many many years. I've always gone to the Ocoee location. However, my daughter made reservations for 3 mani/pedis in the wrong location(Sandlake). it was too late to change locations so we went. I will only tell you about my nails, but all 3 were terrible. My nails look like duck feet. they were uneven, thick, wide and, overall, just terrible. My pedicure was ok and that's the only reason I gave them a 2 star. My daughter's nail person was mad about something with other clients and it showed in the work she did on my daughter's nails. this whole thing wouldn't have been so bad, except my daughter was getting married the next day. very dissapointing experience. will never go pack

I highly recommend MC Nails and Spa! Phil and Kim are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I feel so lucky to have found them when I first moved to the area, and always come back to get my nails done here. They are patient and accommodating and make great suggestions when I can't decide on a color or design. I always leave my appointment with a smile and fabulous nails!!!

I've been coming to Phil and Kim for 12 years. I moved out of Fairfield 8 years ago and travel to come to them every two weeks. From the moment I met them they made me feel at home. Phil has an amazing sense of humor so every appointment is fun and full of laughter, Kim has such a sweet and caring personality, she is very gentle when doing pedicures. Phil does an amazing job on nails. He always gives me what I ask for and if I don't know what I want he always gives me a beautiful design with beautiful nails. He always fixes anything that gets messed up or breaks without hesitation. I've always been treated with respect and a welcoming attitude. Kim does a great job on waxing and pedicures. I look forward to my appointments with them every two weeks. i don't mind the 45 minute drive for excellent nails and excellent customer service. I had tried many shops in Fairfield before and they all are not good but MC Nails they are definitely a must go. I definitely recommend this place. I always get compliments on my amazing nails.

Great staff, speak English, friendly workers, clean space. Honestly been to a few places in Fairfield this is a great environment to take a day off to relax and treat yourself. Definitely recommend. Also recommend calling them before going for a better experience since they do have lots of customers which speaks for itself

Very nice lady but, the man rushed his work, no cuticle care, and talked back at some requests. Nails are bubbly, has air bubbles, uneven, and not coated very well. Over flowed acrylic, some got on my skin and they didn't clean it off. Had to pick it off when I left.

My nails usually last up to 6 weeks, not just 2!!Philip does amazing work and the variety of custom painting is awesome.

They are a very nice couple and do a okay job on nails I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he used a sponge instead of powder you can see bubbles in my nails and when I asked if he can paint over it he said no it won't look nice it is not what I wanted the lines a little messy, when I asked to add something he told me no its fine as it's.He charged me 80$ for something I wasn't confident in and wouldn't normally pay that amount. also cut my skin and pulled a hangnail . They love to talk however I felt like I couldn't say my input.

Their very very very rude I walked in happy speaking to everybody I just Wonted a simple small full set and he said it was going to take to long he couldn’t do it wasn’t busy or anything they won’t ever get my business !!
