We were ready to purchase a bed set tempurdic from Mancini, but we decided to take a detour and go to mattress firm to see what they have to offer. Goose our salesperson was very knowledgeable with the bed we were looking and made us an offer we couldn't resist so we decided to oil the trigger. Goose took the time to explain everything. Can't wait to get our bed on Friday.
Update: although goose was great at explaining how the bed works, he promised us a warranty for the base (top of the line), he told us to come back on Friday and he can add it to the purchase without cost. Unfortunately, I was out of town on Friday, but I did let goose know that I will not be making it to the store. He was OK with it. He told us to come back on Saturday and he can process the rest of the transaction then. So That's exactly what we did only to find out that mattress firm was closed the time he told us to stop by. We went several times that day, because we thought it was a mistake that they were close when he told us that they will be open. We did go again on Sunday, but goose was nowhere to be found. We did go again Monday, again he was nowhere to be found. My wife Tried calling the store Asking for goose, but he wasn't around or he wasn't working the day we called. Of course we didn't leave a message. So on Wednesday, I stop at the store again and goose said he couldn't take care of the transaction because the boss was there and she was asking a lot of questions about us Calling and she recognized me from previous time that we showed up to the store. Today he called me yelling at me telling me why we were at the store and the boss is all pissed off asking questions. He was just belligerent towards me and I wasn't having it. I was ready to cancel The transaction and return the bed, not caring if I have to pay for restocking fee. It's a matter of principle. Stay away from mattress firm in Fairfield specially when dealing with goose, he ja shady and Does not respect customers who just paid enormous amount of money for a bed. Yelling at your customer and calling them doing work hours it's not the way to do business. They need to realize customers are always be right. I wasn't the one that promised to add warranty on the Base he did. I didn't know his schedule, so I decided to go to the store several times. And I will never ever step foot in that store ever again

After shopping around we stopped at mattress firm and looked no more. Goose was so helpful and knowledgeable, he made our shopping experience so much easier especially with our decision. If you are ever in need of a mattress please ask for Goose he will provide all the info you need to help you make your decision
