Came in to mac and wasn't even sure of my shade ,Latoya welcomed me and was so highly educated in cosmetics ,she even helped me with skin care ,I teared up she made me feel so comfortable and made my whole day ,I highly recommend her if you need anything at all thank you again Latoya Pavines you really are making a difference in this world

The staff were extremely accommodating and treated my daughter just as nice and professional. If I knew all of their names I would name them all. My visit was on 3/3/2020 around 2:30pm. Great team of ladies!?

Let’s start off by saying that I’ve been a MAC customer for years. Fairfield, CA Macy’s is my normal location. I don’t know if there’s been any recent changes in management, you can never get an appointment and the customer service has went down hill! It seems that the artists become irritated just from a customer asking questions (maybe overwhelmed) I am truly considering another brand to go with.

I love this location! This MAC store is located in Macy's.Although they're usually swamped and super busy they're still very friendly and helpful! Every time I come here I never leave disappointed! Great customer service! Thanks MAC!

OMG!!! MAC Makeup Artists are the best. I have to give a shout out to three of my favs: Steven - he hooked my up when I needed to take my college graduation pics. They were awesome! Gabby - did an absolutely awesome look for a night out on the town. Laura - gave me some serious drama, or what I call "the mermaid" because my eyes had purple, green, red and gold to match a dress I was wearing to a Valentine fundraiser event. These talented folks always have me feeling and looking good when I leave their chairs!

Laura did my makeup for my birthday back in November. Though it has been some time, I told myself I would leave a review!! She is awesome, I showed her an image of the look I was hoping for and she was able to do just that! (I was asking for a rose-gold Dewey cut crease.) I would definitely recommend her!!

I took my niece here to get matched for a foundation shade. We blocked out about half an hour for it, expecting a long process or slow service. HOWEVER...we were in and out in under fifteen minutes, and the makeup artist was very knowledgeable about the products and about "makeup science" (you know...cool and warm tones, oily vs dry skin, the stuff you need a Bachelors in Makeup for). On top of all of that: he had a great personality! Kept us laughing and having a good time, even though my niece was dreading getting matched. They also did an amazing job with her Prom makeup and Senior Portrait makeup. I highly recommend the MAC counter and ESPECIALLY MUA Steven!
