Excellent service! Sahid was very professional and got me set in a matter of minutes.I had been leaving my car unlocked due to not having a key nor key fob for my vehicle. I came and and Sahid made me a new key and programmed my new key fob super quick. Now I can lock my car and unlock with the press of a button keeping my car and personal belongings safe! A+++++

This dealership is more than 100 stars. I've been looking for a dealership who can help me with my needs since I don't have any knowledge about having a car in general because this is my first time. What I know is I only need one that's it. But Zahid, he has been a blessing. He helped me through it all. He explained to me everything what I need to know. My budget was a little over the given but he did what he could and I got it with a very good price. I just told him what I needed and he did everything. From purchasing the car and getting an insurance for it. You don't need to do anything, you're just gonna have to sign the papers. If you need anything outside his working hours, he's still gonna reply. He's just so amazing that he's the first person you would want to run to if you need to do anything with your car. The process was so quick and smooth. Everything was ????????????!! Thank you so much, Zahid! Highly highly recommended!

Best experience I've ever had buying a used car! Zahid was awesome. Absolutely no pressure and extremely honest. As I was located over an hour and a half away I asked if I could find a mechanic near him to check the car out for me before purchasing. I chose a mechanic and he actually dropped the car off for me. The mechanic recommended a few minor fixes and Zahid fixed them all for me. Just a really good person and I highly recommend him and his services. Thanks Zahid!!

If I could give this place 100 i would! This dealership comes highly recommended by several of my coworkers. Zahid is the best! I am so happy with my 2010 mazda 3 when I bought it it was a great experience. I got the carfax and all Zahid's cars come with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. I really wanted to upgrade my warranty to the 12 month 12,000 mile one and I didn't have enough however he took what I had. I always recommend longer warranties on used cars because with used cars you want to feel a sense of security. I recently had a bad experience elsewhere and bought a lemon so I didn't want to make the same mistake twice. I love my mazda, however I did have a small issue and the check engine light came on. I texted Zihid well after hours and he replied right away! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANK YOU ZIHID! He told me to bring it in the next day and so I did. He put his code reader in and it was a speed output sensor. I was so stressed I had a doctors appointment that was out of town. Zihid gave me a Chevy cruise fir the day to do what I needed and had my car fixed and back to me THE SAME DAY! She has been driving strong ever since! I have to say I will be coming back to Lux Motors to buy my second car and I strongly recommend this place. I wouldn't take this much time to write a review if my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! Zihid still texts me to ask how my car is running and if i have a question about something his reply is almost instant! I will mention one more thing though if you see a car you love BUY IT! I have never seen a car be there for more than a few days. Zihid is the real deal! Selling the best of the best with low mileage for a great price! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I urgently needed a smog to make my registration current. Zahid helped me out personally, and got my smog completed and he communicated with the DMV to confirm receipt as well. I trust Zahid to handle all my future smogs, if I buy a car or if I need an update on my registration. The process was quick, easy, and seamless.

Seems like a newer shop. This place didn't show up on Yelp. I was actually driving to another smog check place which had closed (I reported that one closed to Yelp earlier today) but as I was driving I saw that this place was open. Actually I thought it was the tire place that's street side that did the check but it I was wrong. The tire shop pointed me further down the road which landed me here at Lux motors! hard to find! Staff (owner) knows several languages including English and Spanish (maybe more), and the place looks new and clean. I figured I'd write this review to help lux get on the (Yelp) map. I paid $46 for the smog check "out the door" as of march 12, 2023. Feels like a decent deal, right?

Found this place online and came in to see if I would qualify. With a credit score of 509 and recent repo within less than a year, Zahid did everything possible to get me approved for a loan. Took a while but I got it! Definitely recommend.
