“I don't trust anyone else with my clothes! Throughout the years, I have had a few different garments hemmed here and the owner is an absolutely amazing seamstress. She does exactly what I ask each and every time! Not to mention, the turn around time is amazing. During my most recent visit I felt badly because I received my dress for a wedding I'm in very late and needed it done fairly quickly, but I was told it would be done even quicker than I needed it and they were so nice and accommodating about it. Another bridesmaid in the wedding I'm in got the same dress hemmed at a different place and paid more than double the price. The owners are very sweet and attentive, and there is truly a reason the business has been thriving for as long as it has. “Came here to wash large loads that would not fit at home. I wasn't familiar with the machines, thankfully I received fantastic service from an employee named Holly. Holly noticed I needed help and came right over, got me going and also explained the best dryer to use for later on. The service from Holly was unexpected and greatly appreciated! Holly was super engaged, helping everybody. She even stopped a dryer mid cycle because she heard a strange noise. She found nails in the dryer. Holly is the bomb, please recognize her above and beyond efforts. Side note, every machine was operable here, not a single out of order sign that we saw. They're taking care of business at Laundry Depot!”

“You have to choose the right time to do laundry here. The weekends are horrendous. If a washer does come empty, better believe there's a line for it. Or the friends of the family using it told them to hold it for them. Which usually isn't allowed but if the right person sitting behind the window is there they let it slide. The sweet spot is the weekdays early morning like 8am. Or late at night 2 to 3 hours before closing. I've also had stuff stolen out of the dryers. I'm pretty sure it was one of the ladies working there but the only proof was one missing shoe. Lesson learned. Keep a good eye on your dryers.”
