Although I did not get the recliner I truly wanted(it was on long delay and could not be delivered by the time I needed it), I am very pleased with the recliner I ordered. Delivery was prompt and neat, and Korrie and Jason were very helpful.

I bought (2) large electric recliners $5000 total. Rocker/swivel supposedly top of the line. After 2 1/2 months one recliner was making horrible noises. It took almost 2 months to get a technician out to fix it. They ordered/ received the wrong parts. So I waited another three weeks. The technician replaced springs/ rocker frame because he stated the frame was rubbing against the other part of the frame. After fixing it was fine for about 5 minutes. After he left, the recliner started making cracking/spring noises again. I want them to replace it with a new one but they stated you only have 5 days to return it. I just want it replaced because it is defective. They are sending a technician out again to fix the problem SMH. I got extended warranty but it’s only been 5 months on a $2500 Recliner, never again. Thanks for the product Lazy- Boy SMH.

Has a good selection of recliners, including 1-2 modular recliners. Can get expensive, but this store offers a lot of discounts usually. The manager is super friendly and takes the time to talk you through things. Has a large collection of swatches, so you can choose your fabric. I also liked that La-z-Boy offers lifetime warranty. The only drawback is that if you want any middle seat to be reclining, there was only a possibility of having it as a manual recliner. The seats on either end were power recliners. Highly suggest you to ask and check this before making a purchase.

I wouldn't waist your money on this companies furniture. My husband and I bought from here thinking it was good quality, but it's far from that. We have only had our couches for 2 years and they're falling a part. They recline and the parts/build is poor. The store even told us they don't make the love seat we have anymore because of the issues it was having, yet won't replace ours knowing it's poor quality. They told us to contact customer service and then they blew us off and told us to contact the store. Do not waist your money. I'd buy from Costco or Sam's as they would have no issues replacing a faulty product.Update 1/18: So, they sent the parts, but only for the right side of the couch. They also needed to send the exact same parts for the left side of the love seat. Since the entire couch is attached and is all affected. I called the FF store and they said they don't help with that and gave the customer service number again. And once again no help, phone line only continued to ring with no answer. This has been a headache. The faulty couch should have just been replaced at no cost since it was said these are no longer selling as they were faulty coaches. They offered someone to come fix it and that would cost us 575 to fix the whole couch. We paid 800. So we could put that money to buy a whole new couch being it's only 225 more. But, if I have to do that because they didn't send us the other parts or just replace the couch it won't be from this company/store.

My experience has been very disappointing thus far. I was promised my chair would be delivered to the Fairfield store the Friday before Christmas so that I could pick it up. The clerk made an error and it wasn’t delivered to the store. I was very upset and made my feelings known. The next evening on 12/23 after hours I received an automated phone call stating my order would be delivered to my home 12/26. Assuming the manager must have made the alternate arrangements to compensate for their error- I prepared for the delivery. Much to my dismay this was just another error. The DM told the store salesperson to tell me that I could pay the home delivery of $100 or pick it up on 12/29 when the usual deliveries arrive at the store. No remorse, no apology, just a big message to me that he didn’t care. I do not recommend this store unless you are looking for mistakes, frustration and lack of service.

Rama Sarhan was very helpful. The first day I made a decision and ordered the Recliner that I thought that I wanted. After going home I decided that it was not what I wanted. Called Rama and went back the next day and she helped me find what I really needed. She was great to work with and is very patient.

I purchased this lazy boy recliner for $1,500 plus tax. I am 65 years old and have no small children in the house, and this chair has received light usage. After six months the arm separated from the chair. The frame is made of particle board and industrial cabinet staples were used instead of screws, thus the chair fell apart through normal use. I asked if I could get credit for the chair to go towards a purchase of a more expensive recliner from Lazy Boy, one made from actual lumber, but store management told me no. It is unclear if I was refused because expensive lazy boy chairs are all made from particle board and straight staples, which is clearly an inadequate and sub par design, or Lazy Boy simply does not guarantee against manufacturing defects and does not warrant their product fully. I was told that the chair is under warranty, and that I needed to pay $75 to have an outside repair vendor repair the chair. I paid another $75 on top of the purchase price. Two weeks later a man came out to my house, and took pictures of the hanging arm. He told me a new arm would be sent to my house, and that I would need to contact the Lazy Boy showroom to contact his company to return and attach the arm to the chair. It is approximately a month since then, and no arm has been delivered. I would like a new chair, preferably one that is made with screws and even real wood, if at all possible. If not, I would like a duplicate new chair that has been assembled with an adequate number of straight staples in the particle board to survive normal use.

We went into the store and worked with the manager, John Paul, to make a purchase of a sofa and a loveseat. Less than 24 hours later, we got a call that apparently they could not honor the price on the loveseat (which was on clearance) unless we waited over three months for delivery. Various other offers were then made but despite having a delivery date set, and a receipt, we would not be able to get what we paid for, when we wanted. They refunded our money, but it left us very frustrated as we needed furniture promptly, and it felt like a bait and switch.
