JCPenney is a large apparel and home furnishing retailer. This location is described as very clean, well-stocked, and organized. It is considered one of the best stores, serving as an anchor store at the mall. Staff members are generally noted as friendly, pleasant, and helpful, especially in assisting with selections and managing returns. However, some helpers can be overzealous in promoting store credit cards. While sales are great, finding an open register can sometimes be difficult. The store offers a wide range of national and private brands, along with services like photo appointments with a reasonable return time.
On holidays there are great deals for clothes and shoes. I got a couple pairs of shoes and got $20 in rewards I wasn't expecting which is cool.

One of the best J.C. Penney stores in the U.S. Very clean & well stocked. Staff members are friendly. I live in Nevada. I wish we had a JCP store like this one.
