Tears of joy after seeing Pamela. I look FOXY and AMAZING!! A professional hasn’t touch my hair during this pandemic and it showed. She did a consultation before the service and I knew I was in great hands. Today was my first time seeing Pamela and I set up another appointment before I left. Showed up late for our initial appointment, which I had left 20 minutes later for.. she texted me later saying "she's here"; by which time I was already headed home. We rescheduled an appointment with a deposit. She changed that schedule to convenience herself with another customer, after she refused to change schedule when asked. I just let her have the deposit. Look at the pictures they provide, probably not where you want to go anyway.Service: Hairstyling

Do not go here , the black lady that works in the back knows absolutely nothing about hair, she tried to dye my hair blonde and it came out burgundy and orange . I had to go to another shop (a professional) the next day to get my hair colored and now it is perfect . The Women that talk with a accent that came from Africa knows how to do hair , they are good . I watched them do multiple women hair and each time it looked nice . But the African American lady who does not have a accent did not know what she was doing which was very strange . I don’t know their names that’s why I’m saying it like this but I do know that only 1 lady did not have a accent and she is a horrible hair dresser. If I could give 0 stars I would !!!!

Another perfect score. I decided to go back for box braids as I start a long road to recovery after unexpected complications following recent surgery. Tending to long, very long, wavy hair is difficult enough with two arms and nearly impossible with just one. Tina did my braids today and again, they are beautiful. It is my first time getting them done and now I'm kind of obsessed. I love the feeling of community in this place. I was so comfortable and relaxed, I found myself dozing off a few times. Thanks again Ladies. You're top notch I recently had a serious surgery that removed my top left rib. To avoid burdening my husband and daughters with caring for my long wavy/curly hair I called for an appointment to have mane braided. The women were very nice. I felt so comfortable, like visiting family or friends. She did 6 tight cornrows to hold for a few weeks. Smartest thing I could have done really. I have enough to worry about with recovery without trying to wash and comb my hair. The bonus is how cute it looks. Ive received so many complements on how beautiful my braids are. So, I have the convenience of not taking care of my hair during recovery and the confidence that it looks good too. Very happy patient

This was the second time I got single braids and I love them. I love how dependable the staff is and that I got an appointment right away. If you are in the Solano area, this is a great place.

Update 2 years later and I'm still a client! Still affordable and still fast. In fact my last visit was the fastest at about 3.5/4 hours for singles.

This was my first time at the shop and the stylist was very friendly. She asked if she was braiding too tight and of course she wasn't. This was the first time I walked out a braiding salon and it wasn't tight I sleep great! 100% recommend Decontee they have my business! Thanks ladies/ s

I have been coming to Sara for years. I hAve been getting tree braids for years. I have followed her from shop to shop. Now she has her own shop and I love it. . I get compliments on my hair all the time. She's the best. I throughly recommend her all day long.

This review is for Pam, I took my 7yr old daughter to her. I was having issues with finding the right products and her hair constantly shedding. Pam was delightful and friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me tips on what to do and what not to do. My daughter was very shy and cried while getting her hair washed being that this was her first time in a shop, but Pam calmed her and made her feel at ease. She did a trim and light once over flat iron, and styled her hair in cute ponytails. Thank you Pam!! We will be checking in monthly for maintenance!!

First of all this is my first review ever!!!! But I thought this place is worth me reviewing! I was scheduled for a 8 o'clock appointment one week ago. Traveling for about an hour I got there 5 minutes till. Once I got into the building I was greeted by Sara And was told that my hair dresser will be in shortly. After waiting for about 40 minutes Sophia came in. She never acknowledged me, she never apologize that she wasted 40 minutes of my time, the first thing she said was "I'm not feeling well" which was not dressed to me directly. Now don't get me wrong I understand that is hard to work when you're not feeling well. I would rather for her to tell me that, and reschedule me. But she continue to work on my head she did not want me to ask questions, she didn't want me to explain what I wanted, she wanted me to sit there and be quiet, remind you this is my first time ever visiting this place. Sara was not too much better she told me "to stop asking questions, and to let them finish and in the end I will be happy". They didn't want to give me the price until after my hair was done. I also brought my 10 year old daughter to get her hair done after mines. This was her first time ever getting braids and she was tender headed which I disclose to them. Sara started on her hair and after my daughter said ouch for the third time she took down the seven braids she already had put in and decided that she was not gonna do her hair. In conclusion let me say I was pretty happy with the results of my hair even though if I would have been allowed to see what she was doing I would have made a couple slight changes. However I will never return to this place of business. I gave a one star because that was the lowest star I was able to give!!!!! After leaving her shop I called around in the area and found a place called Platinum beauty bar. They were very accommodating and very professional I will recommend them and I will be returning, the onwers name is Montrice.
