I went in quick with my mom for info and ended up making an appointment. All 3 lovely women were very helpful and answered all our questions. So far, so good, and we are looking forward to our appointment.

Never reccomend! hair braided so tight and after 1 day and wearing a bonnet ends were curling. Hurt like hell

My daughter and I have been coming here for a while with pretty decent results. Recently, my daughter went for crochet braids. Instead of telling her she wasn't comfortable doing them, the owner made an attempt and it looked horrible. She braided her natural hair underneath erratically, which made the butterfly locs puffy and big. There was no style to it and she left spaces in the back with no crotchet hair because she didn't want it to look "bigger". My daughter had a wedding to go to and I wasn't sending her like that so I went in and explained my concerns (she knew what she'd done and how she sent her out) and asked if she could do box braids and I would pay the difference. She told us to come back and we did. She tried to blame it on the hair we bought but it was all the style of the braids that she did and lack thereof. It ended with her refunding our money and we went elsewhere. Will never return. They lost two good customers!
