I started going to this gym in 2022 and stoped in 2024. The gym is a bit crowded and popular machines are often out of service. 80 dollars a month for 1 person is a bit steep in my opinon. They also charge you an additional 30 days if you cancel. It's in their fine print, but regardless, this is a scummy practice.

This gym is dope but it’s too small for the price. The in shape on browns valley road in Vacaville is a two-story with a big weight room, 3 pools with a hot tub and a bunch of space. If they could just expand the weight room and add more machines then it would be worth the price.

I love the way staff greets you as you enter. Swimming program for kids is great. I love the staff in swimming pool and the patience with kids. They are miracle creators. It is so amazing to see them teach kids from level 1 where they do not know even how to keep themselves safe in water and take them all the way to level 6.

We are beyond grateful for the swim coaches and Swim Coordinator, Angelisia! Our daughter started over a year ago and was beyond terrified after an incident prior to joining swim class. We could not get her off steps for awhile. However, after much relationship building, trust, consistency, and patience from the ENTIRE staff, our daughter has made incredible progress and is swimming! We honestly felt it was a whole team effort and victory! lol They have been gentle, loving, and soooo fun! Thank you to Alo, Sarah, Bri, Isabell and especially the cultured created by the Swim Coordinator. Swim class has become a safe place for our daughter and something we all look forward to weekly! Forever grateful, Mama!

I was very impressed I received a response from inshape. But.... when I emailed my complaint to the email provided. The response solved, nothing. It was as impersonal as the staff at the facility and did not include any "sorry" for the treatment I received. The Cancelation of my membership will remain.

This gym has brought myself and my family so much joy! Simply the best people go out of their way to make you feel so welcomed and the gym is kept as nice as these staff can handle. I've seen so much improvement the last couple of months. Mary the pickleball coach is amazing and any new member that joins her class gets all her attention until they need it. But the very best is the children's room because without that I wouldn't be able to head to the gym so often, every person that works there does a tremendous job, especially Angelisia she has been kicking butt setting up all these cool kids activities lately and so much more for the gym! Every time I see her she's on her feet running around multitasking and giving it her all for the gym. I've been to multiple different in-shape gyms and Dover always has the best most fun environment by far! Never have I joined a gym like this before and I absolutely love that I found this gym when I moved out here to Fairfield! There's plenty more people that I wish I can talk about because they are all amazing. Thank you in-shape Dover!

Terrible experience going into the this gym. MARY aka KAREN was extremely rude to me and I was racially profiled. I had asked to start a membership in which Iam part of the local community and would be convenient to join..was looking forward to it. I had also asked to use the restroom and she violently said no and I had to be a member first..I which that was the plan. Iam extremely bothered on how I was treated and never greated nicely at this local gym. I will also taking a step to talk to someone In corporate because this should not happen to anyone else. It's unfortunate.
