“I had a great time at the Homewood Suites. It not terribly far from Napa Valley. This room was huge and clean. I will say it’s a bit outdated but nothing to really worth complaining about. “I stayed at this location for a recent work conference in the same hotel.The hotel and room were good. Certainly not as bad as some reviews suggest. Sure, it could stand for a little TLC and refresh such as new carpeting, etc., but the facility itself was functional, appointed well, and the room was quite acceptable.I found it interesting that the management team felt compelled to post a copy of a type-written note with some service and room details. I believe this was posted due to some of the negative reviews (I have attached a copy of the note to this review).Would I stay at this location again in the future? Absolutely.”

“Great location and staff is understanding and anything you need they are assisting you with hospitality. The rooms are clean free of pest and mildew and can’t wait til the swimming pool open.. Staff member Joy and Myra always helps me . They are concerned about my well being. “Mirasol the Mgr is soooo Amazing! I "never" write reviews but she is so amazing I had to. She responded to my e mails a month in advance for our temporary move for work away from our Oregon home. She is so warm and kind and helpful, the best! She runs this place like a tight Marine ship, everything is perfect and shiny! This place is the best! Thanks Mirasol! You !are the BEST!Safety: We feel safe here which is so important to us!Walkability: Mirasol the Mgr is simply AMAZING! Love her! “Very courteous staff. Wide rooms with full sized fridge, TV both inside the bedroom and outside. Stove, microwave, utensils, etc available. Complimentary breakfast available.Nearby activities: There's a nearby stores but cars backup going there because of how the stop lights were spaced out. Be prepared to get stuck for 5 or so minutes”

“The room was incredibly clean, and it even smelled good. Just 2 SERIOUS problems:1- ANTS, ANTS, AND MORE ANTS!!!!! When I brushed my teeth, there were ants everywhere. When plugged in my Laptop, ants were crawling on it. When I showered more ants. When I went down for their breakfast, more ants. Management needs to hire an exterminator. Its a fixable issue. 2- THE WIFI SUCKS! I have AT&T and the signal here sucks with them so I had to rely on WiFi. I saw the signal from someone with T-Mobile who had a fantastic signal. I needed WiFi because of how bad the AT&T signal is. The WiFi here was also just as bad. I couldn't even log into my bank account the WiFi was so bad It is my understanding that this hotel uses XFinity. Maybe they need to get someone to fix the WiFi issue, or leave XFinity and choose a different provider altogether. Again, another fixable issue.Otherwise, checkin was easy. Parking felt safe. Its a very convenient location. The room had everything I needed. The water was hot and everything else seemed to function just fine. Outside of the 2 things I mentioned, it was a good stay. I just hope they fix the WiFi and hire an exterminator for all the ants. If they don't hire an exterminator, they could end up with a Roach problem next.”

“My husband surprised me with a lil getaway fro the two of us. Loved it. Only thing in the non smoking rooms in the hallways all you smelled was cigarettes. Made me sick. Messed up the mood going to get something to eat. But room was clean nice in order”
