“Rooms: Clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is loud but works well.
Walkability: Close to place to grab a bite.
Food and drinks: We did get coffee and a small snack in the morning. Again great service and nice verity.
Noteworthy details: The staff from check in to room cleaners to Brittney in the bistro greet you with a smile and warm welcome. Very nice customer service!”

“Great location with friendly staff. Facility is in need of upgrades and maintenance. Ice machine on second floor is out of order, pool and hot tub was down during our stay. Several. Minor issues in our room that took extended time to get repaired. They do have staffing shortages.
Nearby activities: Jelly Belly factory is close by along with a Scandia miniature golf course. Less than 30 minutes to get to the Napa Valley. Costco and Safeway are less than 5 minutes away.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Props to Alex for helping with the computer. Christine worked hard in the kitchen and was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the opportunity to use the dining area after breakfast for our family reunion lunch and gathering.
What was a disappointment was having the front elevators broken. We had 3 elderly family members that had difficulty having to walk down the hall to the rear elevator or having to climb up and down the stairs. Also, both ice machines were broken.”

“Wonderful Location, close to plenty of quick eats (fast food) & small restaurants.. comfortable king size suite with great shower temperature & provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash.. AC worked great as well.. will be staying again when on another work trip..”
“The TV was very small and very far away from beds. So far and so small I couldn't see the screen clearly without glasses, wouldn't spend that much money on a room ever again. Especially since they charged a resort fee and don't even have a pool or hot tub !!!
Make that make sense !!
Resort fee with no resort amenities ??
Will not stay there again ?? Could've spent less money at any of the nearby hotels or motels and had pool and or hot tub access and free breakfast!!”

“I was happy with this hotel because of the staff. The front desk was so helpful, friendly and patient, and so were all the other staff we interacted with. From housekeepers who greeted us with big smiles to the breakfast staff who were so accommodating to us with a little one. And the front desk who kindly provided us with breakfast vouchers when I didn't realize breakfast wasn't provided with my booking through Hilton points. The rooms were very comfortable and I really liked the Zero bath and body products too! They also provided light-blocking curtains in the rooms. Thank you!
Rooms: The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Nearby activities: There is an indoor go-kart place within walking distance, and the famous Mel's Diner which was delicious!
Walkability: The hotel is walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was quite quiet even though it was located in a busy area.”
