I'll start off by saying Home Depot isn't my favorite store to go in being a woman.... I went in to get two toilets immediately got greeted by a tall big guy who helped me.. He assured me I didn't need to get the most expensive one and told me about will call.. Annabelle was such an angel. I had some problems using my gift card but she totally straightened it out. She was so helpful and sweet. She made an extremely frustrating experience not bad at all... She was in the returns/will call department and she rocks!!! Thank you Ms Annabelle Lumanali(I tried to remember her last name) lol

As a long time Home Depot loyal customer ,let me just say that Jose the Manager is a asset to this company !!!He made things right for my family and I after two stressful weeks of going back and forth with Allstate (the insurance we purchased to cover our appliance) this insurance was quick to take our hard earned cash but upon request for coverage they make up excuses to turn down a claim , moral of the story .Do not spend your hard earned cash with Allstate Insurance they will make up any excuse to not cover your appliance !!I rather risk it and hope all goes well with my new appliance than deal with Allstate ever again!!!Divina the sales woman was very nice and attentive this company is very fortunate to Have both Jose and Divina working with them.

No Apple Pay, no more self check out. Lines to pay are now extra long and when you need help be prepared to wait at least 30+ minutes.

Poor customer service. Sales persons have little knowledge on what they are doing. We ordered blinds from this store then no emails or text received that we should expect them on our doorsteps within a few days( amazon does it better) take note, we pay for the installation so we’re anticipating that the installer should go with the product too. So, to avoid confusion, I called the store, someone answered, put me on hold,pass me to another one then without any introduction “ok, installer will be there within the next 48 hrs” then hang up ??. well, home depot it is ?

The staff are not friendly unless you are a contractor. Asking for help to find something is impossible. No one knows where products are.

Very congenial staff. Willing to take the time with you. Really helpful. I appreciate the kind, generous, patient and knowledgeable assistance given me by Tony (Garden), Tony (Lumber), Terrence (Lumber), Nelson (Paint Desk) and Riley (Customer Service). Kudos to them. They are a great asset to Home Depot.

Horrible customer service! I hate to leave negative feedback but something has to be said. No one is around to help and the ones who are either don't help or act like they don't see you. I literally asked someone for help and she just looked at me and turned the other way. The only person who offered a good suggestion was a contractor!

Today I went in for some LED household lights and great deal on. Milwaukee Compact Drill. The customer service of 2 people (Madaleese & Dave) in the tool department was above and beyond the call of duty. The Milwaukee was stored down under the lowest shelf locked up & the combo were extremely difficult to manipulate for both of them. They both laid on the ground to access 2 locks and retrieve the drill I wanted. I thanked them for their efforts and they thanked me for the business. With customer service like this it's no wonder I keep returning to my neighborhood Home Depot. Of course the tool was of great value, as it was on sale with 2 extra goodies included!

We scheduled an appointment with the Home Services Department to discuss kitchen countertop install project. Appointment was at 2pm Tuesday. The assigned consultant never showed up or called. Waste of my time. Strike 1 for Home Depot.

I mean, other than the lack of help sometimes.... how can you not get what you need in this giant store. When an employee sees that you are looking up at the signs trying to see what is on that isle, that should be an automatic "Can I help you find something?" But, they just walk right on past like you don't exist. ?♂️
