I booked online, when I arrived to the facility there were no cars available. The lady informed me that she’d left me a voicemail. She suggested that I go to another location, I declined BUT was still charged $61.04. I’ll NEVER book with hertz again.I have been getting the run around for 2 months trying to get a refund.

Worst service ever in my whole life I spent 2 days trying to get a car and I never get it, totally a bad experience and the way that they treated me was so horrible specially from the woman at the front desk. Ugly actitud. They just don’t care if your paying money on that place. Never again !!!!NEVER!!! And I will tell everyone at my social media and friends/family

They never mentioned anything about a $500 deposit on the phone THREE WEEKS AGO and then they expected us to pay it and the receptionist acted like she did not want to help us

Made a reservation through the website. Received a confirmation email. 2 hours before pickup they call to say they have no vehicles available. They tell me the website doesn't know about inventory of vehicles at a particular location. How can the website not be aware if the vehicles it reserves exist? This is a horrible way to do business and shows a complete disregard for the customer. Not only will I never do business here again, I will warn everyone I know that this is an unreliable business where a reservation is not a reservation

Usually only 1 person working the counter, so expect to wait if there are people ahead of you or if the attendant was on the phone. The attendant that helped me when I picked up the car was pleasant and so was the one that helped me when I returned the car. There is someone else working, but they may be running around getting the cars ready or processing returns, etc. I booked the manager's special and was only offered an electric car, no option for a gas powered car. Options were a Kia Niro electric or for an up charge, a Tesla. I chose the Kia since I didn't want to pay extra for a Tesla. The attendant that helped me when I picked up the car was pleasant and so was the one that helped me when I returned the car. I booked the car on Priceline and the price I was quoted on Priceline was $472.89, but when I got there, the price I was told was $488.15 which is $15.26 more than what was quoted on Priceline. I was in a hurry when picking up the car, so I did not have time to argue about the price. The other thing I was not happy about is that the "electric" car did not come with a charging cable! How do you expect to rent out an electric car and not provide a charging cable?! I was told to just search for charging stations nearby on the car's GPS and I can charge at the charging station of my choice. If I was a tourist staying in a hotel, then I guess a charging cable would not be necessary, I but I live in town and got the car due to my car is in the shop, so it would have been nice to be able to charge the car at home without having to wait for the car to charge at the charging station. The plus is that I was told I could bring the car back at 80% charge (94% when I picked it up). I don't appreciate the discrepancy in price and the fact that they only allowed me to choose an electric car, but not provide a cable to charge it with!

What an unprofessional management with a very rude associate. Never go there again.
After posting this, I saw it wasn’t only me, there are so many other people who were very disappointed with this branch. I don’t know why is this branch still running with all the bad reviews?

They don’t care. They try to upsell you to a different car add $20 to your day make it all seem dandy. But in the end it’s all about the money. They do not care about us the people who need the car. Abe does not care at all please do not go to him. Especially the big tall white guy with the beard very rude. Smoke cigarettes outside and doesn’t even talk to you. Do not go here try a different one Otherwise you will get hurts
