“This is a very nice Grocery Outlet. It is well stocked and very tidy. The service is great too, very friendly staff. The parking lot is also tidy and the shopping carts are in good working order and clean. The aisles are mostly free and the shopping easy. When a line formed at the checkout, another checkout opened right away. The only things they didn't have that I was looking for were ice cream in 1/2 gallon size and cherry tomatoes in any size. But that seems to be the norm for Grocery Outlets.”

“I like it! The only bad thing is when there is no bread and you have to wait a lot and that the sweets at the bakery should have signs saying what they are and what they contain so you can know what to buy.”

“This store is incredible. They recently got a new Store Director and the vibe has improved immediately. I always see Pete working on the sales floor.
Clean and uncluttered. WAY better than the Walmart down the street.”

“Do visit this store for your spices needs better than going to any other store in Fairfield (they are not worth it). The store owners are really polite and also pleasant to talk to. You'll find most of the stuff in the store if not the owners are always willing to help?”

“Can't go wrong with having access on base and enjoying some discounted prices on groceries with no sales tax! Meats are a little cheaper than most grocery stores. Usually no lines to wait for unless it is a weekend. Meat department offers special cuts on meats if needed. Cashiers and baggers are all friendly and always asking how you are doing.”

“I love this market. They are all very personable, and the store has a little bit of almost everything. I like supporting the small, family owned businesses like this one. Always friendly, and if they don't carry something, and you ask about it, it'll be there the next time you go in. Great service. They also have a small food counter where you can order made-to-order lunch. 5 stars all around for this market.”

“Good supermarket. I shop here once a month or more sometimes. .My dad buys his vegetable juice here all the time. Recommend for your local needs. Also good taqueria. They sell fresh churros outside. Prices are a little high but they are high everywhere nowadays. They have a store inside with clothing and electronics. Worth checking out. Also they have Check cashing.”

“Cheapest gas in Fairfield and Vacaville. Employees are very nice and polite. Lines can get really long depending on what time of day you go. They also take EBT. The lines get very long because this gas station usually has the cheapest gas in Fairfield. Get there by 6am and you probably won't have to wait.”

“THE CORNER STORE!! YEEE. this is my go to place to get anything when im in Fairfield. My house is right down the street and I've been going to this store for as long as I can remember. Always got nothing but good things to say about this place.”

“Buying spices from here for a while now. It's the easiest place for me to pick up since I can just park on the street and easily walk in. Amar has a such an amazing variety of spices and dried goods that I'm sure I could find all I need after a long commute home. They also have fresh vegetables and a ton of frozen items. Their selection of frozen samosas is immense that I've found myself trying almost all of them. The shop can be a bit overwhelming because it's super full and there are many isles you can't walk through but I didn't have a problem with it. Although there is a language barrier, the cashier was very friendly. I've never been over charged on any of my items thus far and appreciate when I need to reach for something too far back on the top shelf, the cashier is always willing to help (coconut milk is always at the back top shelf).”

“I just want to take a moment, and thank my bonfare store #27 clerk...' Ram ', 2nd shift employee. I have been a customer since 2005 and have seen a lot of clerks come and go over there. But Ram is different his loyalty to the store should be noticed. ' Ram ' as a person has always been warm and welcoming to me and my family. Not to mention that closing shift can be tricky at times considering what's happening in the parking lot....keep up the good work.”

“I found an item that was out of stock at another Raley's, but found it here. The bathroom is in the back of the store and you have to get someone to let you in. Also, I bought Claritin, which is located by the pharmacy and had the ticket for it. I waited until they got back from lunch and was told I had to take it to the register. The sign did say that, but didn't specify if it was up front or at the pharmacy register.”

“I am giving this store 4 stars because it has the best produce department in Fairfield, hands down, in terms of selection, price and display. Whoever is managing the produce here takes enormous pride in what they do. I am a chef and this is where I go when I don't want to run around from store to store. The rest of the store has room for improvement.”

“These guys put up with a lot of disrespect everyday from people that are of the same background, creed, and or ethnicity as myself. (Im an English speaking white guy born here)I’m embarrassed at times witnessing this behavior from my peers. And yet it is tolerated with far more grace than I could afford because I would not put up with that behavior for one second. Treat others how you want to be treated! Every time I walk in their door, I wear a smile and receive the same back at me. ?Much respect gentleman. Thank you for your patience to those who aren’t so enlightened yet.”

“I've always thought of this as a premiere go to Safeway ... unfortunately today that bubble burst!
Meat dept smelled bad
Some foods on the shelf were expired at full price!
The store was not clean...and
The bathroom was unusable, so dirty and smelly!
I won't be back here for awhile!!”

“On this visit I was most interested in the $5 Friday specials. I like to research which items I will purchase prior to visiting. The deli was busy. The chicken is always a hit so there's usually a wait. I was surprised my roasted chicken selection was available. They also had the coleslaw. There were no potatoes which I understood however, it they were in the processing of replenishing, it would have been nice if the counter person mentioned it. Next I visited the bakery for the advertised cake. There was only two left so not too much of a selection but I picked one as I really wanted this cake. I went to check out and the chicken and coleslaw calculated correctly however the cake did not. I involved the teller since I was at the self check out and she came over to assist but wasn't sure about the price either. She went to check the bakery and came back and said the cake was in the wrong location but would still offer the sale price. I mentioned the advertisement for $5 Friday at which time she went to customer service to check the paper. I helped her to locate the ad and she fair about it. Due to the length of time waiting, she offered me the cake due to the lengthy checkout process. In my eyes, this was a great example of customer service. I certainly appreciated it and it made me feel that customer service does still exist.”

“New self-service is not a welcomed change. I hate to see this story go there.
Update: Went yesterday on their busy Friday. Only check stands open were self checkout and the 10 or less. Did not feel welcome with my full basket.”

“This review is solely for my guys and girls working the drive up. I've never had to wait for more than ten minutes to pick up an order. The drive up is always seamless; whether it is in supreme cold weather or on a super hot day. The drive up team is always smiling, greets you and thanks you. Thanks drive up team for being A+. One cautious tip: Be careful to keep an eye out while waiting to make sure you don't mistakenly open your car for any crazies. This area of Fairfield is sadly a downhill battle. Anything to the right of the freeway is highly populated of drug users, with some having really erratic behaviors. Others can be suspiciously getting into criminal activity. Let's just say I once had a rando looking into my car and then realizing I was sitting in it.”
