I don't have any huge issues with this Goodwill, but I've never bought anything here. I've browsed a few times, but their selection is sooo little! Can't understand why, the prices seem fair at least.

For those who NEED A JOB but don't know where to start GO HERE. The ladies are very friendly and comforting and they don't mind that YOU NEED HELP. That's what they are there for. They start at 10 am, a lot of resources that YOU CAN GET. I love the girls...they have good vibes.

Took some high end stuff here guy seemed lazy didn't want to deal with me saying it couldn't be dropped off but i said pressure washer kids remote control g wagon he so oh ok as i unloaded i could here him calling a friend telling him man you need to come pick this stuff up naming off what i was dropping off wont waste my time going here no more

They have now been at 3 addresses since the late 1990's. Many have stated that the prices have gone loco and I have to agree. The majority of their items that they know they can make money on are put on one of two sites that they own shopgoodwill.com and goodwillfinds.com. But what can you do when there are less than 5 thrift stores in town and all are competing against each other.

Nice and clean inside. The workers are nice. Nice set up to donate goods. Different discount days of the week.

Very easy donations drop off! Just a drive by and someone is there to help pick up your stuff! Don't hesitate and drop off your donations at this location.

This shouldn't even be considered a thrift store. The prices are higher than brand new items in an actual store. Kudos to the staff in the front, they are pleasant and welcoming but that doesn't make up for the crazy high prices. There's just no reason to shop there.

I want to post a 5 star review for their five star work. At first, it was five stars. Over the course of time, it's not earning 5 stars anymore. If you can donate here, the times are VERY limited. When I have been able to donate, how the team members spoke to people and gave directions on where to put things in the bins could only be improved upon. You don't need to be mean or condensing someone just trying to donate stuff. It wasn't always like this but I'm not sure what changed. I've stopped trying to donate here anyway.

Probably the saddest Goodwill I've been to in my life. The shelves are bare and the clothes are overpriced. Not one vintage item in sight. Won't return. Extra star because the associate greeted us

It's been a while since I actually shopped here but this review is mainly about my recent donation drop-off experiences. Only once out of my last several attempts did I encounter a very tall friendly gentleman who seemed willingly helpful. The other times the drop-off area was either blocked, they wouldn't take anything unless it was within a specific time period even though the store was open for shopping all day, and/or the people were unfriendly or not around when I needed assistance. One woman who saw me from inside came out just to tell me that they weren't taking anymore donations until the two employees got back from break in fifteen minutes, which is why the area was again blocked (she made sure to tell me this three times). I'm not sure why she couldn't have just taken my arm-full of clothing or directed me to a bin to drop it in, but since it was already my second failed attempt to donate there that day I decided to just drive over to the Vacaville store, where they are ALWAYS staffed (meaning the only two people in an area don't take their break at the same time), friendly, and helpful.

Worst customer service ever by the store manager. She unprofessional, insensitive, and greedy! Wanted to buy some items at an affordable price to decorate my home, but the manager said they don't negotiate prices! I've gone to many Goodwills and they've negotiated prices! Once I decided to check out with half of the things I grabbed which would of been about $100 that I was willing to spend, the manager started separating items that I found out on the shelves and said that they weren't together. I was so irritated that I decided to leave everything. I called corporate to complain. I hope they do something about this woman because she's a nasty person! How is she the manager! She must be on drugs!

So, I just moved to the area on the 1st of March and this place has been a lifesaver to get my apartment livable, as well as to replace a lot of the clothes I had to throw away while I was homeless. They had what I was looking for and were super helpful. Particularly, Kathleen. I believe that is her name. She is a mature black woman with locs. There was a few times she was working in the front all by herself and she still was able to help me. She is always a pleasure. The lack of 5 stars is because of staffing. They need to hire some more people.

I am concern about The Workers well being in this store I had been here a small handful of times and all the times I visit I always see the assistant manager I think her name is Kathleen she is old and black I witness her scream and Bully some of her employees she always has a mean demeanor anytime she approaches anyone and it made me feel very uncomfortable she purposely tries to bully her employees and is very rude to customers I personally wouldn't recommend shopping her there are better stores in town and it's not worth the trouble that Kathleen lady should be fired and the entire store needs a change

There is an employe named Kathleen. she is very rude. She verbally Abuses the customers and employees. She yells at them and snatches items from them. I heard her cursing at the African American male who was trying his best to fulfill her orders. He looked very sad and humiliated. She then yells at the cashiers. There is a very well mannered girl named chainey I believe and she has the patience of an angel. She can do do better which is getting out of a horrible store like this goodwill. Kathleen yells and Harasses all of the cashiers. She doesn't even wear her mask properly she has it hanging below her mouth. she pointed her finger in my face once and snatched a vase That had the wrong price I guess and I was so close to knocking her a** out. But I decided that I will be taking legal actions against her and the corporate because I keep complianing but they don't give a rats a**. Im never shopping at this store again. Me noir any of my friends// family.

Bought some golf clubs with price tags and the asst. manager charges me whatever she thinks the amount is without looking at tags and she will tell me that she sells them at that amount and she will do me a "favor" that she will honor the price tag this time. She had no customer skills and makes up prices as she goes .. got a few items I returned back because she start pricing the items that comes in a set . This lady is a scam artist that's my impression ... try and go there and you will know what I'm talking about ... first and last for me here...
