Hats off to this shop. I had this intermittent noise in my car that two other mechanic shops couldn’t locate the cause. I made an appointment (neighbor referral) with German Car Service and Repair for B service and explained the noise. They advised upfront that it is sometimes hard to detect intermittent noises. They called to advise the car was ready and they found where the noise may have been coming from. I have been driving for 5 days and no noise. Evidently the prior mechanic shops didn’t have the expertise to know what to look for. When you walk away from an experience feeling heard and cared for is just the best. Oh yeah, very fair price.

Brought my 2019 Audi for regular service. Very reasonable prices, they only use OEM parts. During the service and inspection they found a problem where the part needed replacing. I was given a quote with price for the part, labor, and a timeframe for the repair which I found to be very thorough. I also asked them to look for the cause of another issue which they did free of charge. I'll definitely be returning as a customer.

Recently acquired a new MBZ to me - other than the Mercedes dealerships I typically don't go to independent shops - I was in a bind and needed some things done right away and could not wait for my appointment at the dealership - called different shops asking what type of motor oil and transmission oil and parts they recommend for my particular vehicle knowing what the best would be - Scott and his team were the ones who passed my test - yes I am very particular and I explained this to Scott when I made my appointment - currently in GCSAR has done brakes n rotors; transmission service and oil service and the steering wheel dampener - it's been a good experience and I trust Scott and his team
