Filling out claim online was confusing. Took a while after that to be contacted only to be told that they didn’t receive half the information I put in online. My car was totaled by one of their policy holders and I have been given the run around and still without a car for two weeks. These type of low budget insurance companies are scammers and should be shut down. They just collect money but refuse to pay out when an accident does occur.
