“I opened an account on this bank about a year ago. I knew nothing about the bank except it was a smaller community oriented bank. The location is very convenient for me. The best part of banking with them is the customer service. It's reminds you for an old school/old fashion type of bank. I've received personal telephone call from the employees as reminders of things. I must say, it's great! If you are looking for great customer service on a smaller scale, I highly recommend giving this bank a try. It's truly exceeded my expectations.”

“I love this bank, (Vacaville branch)., and all of the friendly, knowledgable people that work there. They always have a smile, and know me by name, and are willing to help me out whenever I have a question. If the person I ask doesn't know the answer, she will find someone for me who can answer my question, not just say, "Oh, I don't know", and leave it at that. They go out of their way to help you out, and they offer a wide variety of services, and can advise you on what is a good fit for your situation. My husband and I have been with this bank for 20+ years. We have both business, and personal accounts with First Northern bank, and are very happy with the relationship we have with them.”
