The manager and employees at this location are just lazy and rude. I've been going to this location weekly since they closed down all Fedex locations within Wal-Marts at the beginning of the year. On a consistent note you'll find this location close up 5-10 mins early. 4-5 people present behind the counter but only 2 people helping push out the line that goes to the door. The culture here isn't to help anyone but rather to get through the day. Yesterday specifically, the manager didn't handle a situation properly which pushed me to write this review and file a formal complaint to corporate. Save yourself the disappointment of the terrible service provided here and take your business to another location or provider.

I came to FedEx for a last minute obituary print after another print place failed to complete my order. Vanessa was fantastic!! She helped put me at ease and she completed my order. She was very nice and considerate. She has wonderful Interpersonal skills, very patient and her communication and understanding was perfect. After a big let down from Staples... she made my visit wonderful! I will forever come and recommend the Fairfield Fed Ex office!!! Thank you so much Vanessa!!! You made my Uncles Homegoing complete!!

Printing documents was needed very soon to me , doesn't have enough time in the end of sunday work day . but with patients and highly professional skills the associates LENA helped me with lovely smile and kind personality she finished printing All 50 copies after editing on their computer. God bless her plus Every time I go there I never get disappointed they are very helpful ,Also the store was Clean and organised And both associates there was helping all other customers fast and smooth .

Employee was acting as though she was too busy to help. Sign said you mousy talk to an employee to send a fax. Machine said out of order. If you know how to help yourself you should be fine. Don't expect service. It is nonexistent

I wish I had more stuff to do with all their available services. There were available staff quick to attend to your needs, I was barely waiting in line.All I needed to do was ship docs oversees, and it was quick and easy with knowledgeable and straight forward costumer service.

I've never been to a FedEx location that closes 10 minutes before actually closing time. They keep the open sign on but they lock the doors. In addition, the associates inside will consciously avoid eye contact while you stand at the door. I get it, we all want to go home, but if you say you close at 6 and I'm getting off work at 5:30 believe I'm trying to catch you just to DROP OFF a package. Don't lock the door at 5:50 if you close at 6. Taking my business elsewhere.

Slow and rude staff at the counter, customer service counter staff was slow and rude when only trying to ship a small package and details were not explained well. I decided to got to a different location and will not go back to this one.

Had to overnight something. Easy to find and get to this location. Clean inside. I didn't have to wait long either around 6pm. And they lady helping me was nice.

Over the last 10 years, I have used FedEx locations around the state for my printing needs. I've never had a problem until I came here. This location has the worst customer service I've ever received. I have used locations in Napa and Pleasanton, along with multiple locations in Fresno and Bakersfield. I have never come across anything like 2 specific employees in this store. They simply do not want to help you. They treat you so poorly, I get the impression that they don't want to work at all. They are just there to collect a paycheck. It seems like they were would rather just walk around looking busy and do some shipping. These 2 made excuses as to why they couldn't help me, stating it was company policy, while other locations were eager to help. They overcharged once and tried to a second time. When I called them on it, they flat out treated me like they didn't want my business at all. No other location I've been to has treated me like this. I'm speaking of 2 specific employees there that just don't want to do their job. They would just rather collect a paycheck while doing as little as possible and have no problem with turning customers away. That's fine, I will never do business with them again. But, on the bright side, thanks to their terrible service, I did find a locally owned print shop that provides exceptional service and better prices.

RACKELLI was a life saver! She walked me through how to order my daughter's graduation announcements from a JPEG file I had created and could not figure out how to do it on my own. She was so sweet, so willing to help...perfect example of amazing customer service. THANK YOU RACKELLI!!! I will definitely be back for my printing needs.

I hardly ever use FedEx. But on Saturday I went in to get a book printed. I know nothing about technology. And employee name Rackelli helped me with out hesitation. Covid has made a lot of people scared to move. Ms Rackelli helped me without making me feel stupid for one not knowing how to use my own phone. But didn't make me feel as if I was infected with anything. Thanks FedEx for having wonderful employees like Rackelli.
