If you want something to arrive on time...don't use FedEx. Worst shipping company out, I'd be better off delivering the package myself. Anything shipped or received from them expect a two day delay.

I had a FedEx return to send off and was able to drop off my box at this site. All you had to do was ring the doorbell and let them know that you were dropping off a package. I had already print out my label and stuffing to my box so it was ready. All the other FedEx to go places close early so this was perfect.

Fed Ex driver stole 3 consecutive packages in a 5 day period. Never using this dishonest unreliable shipping company again! Buyer beware they do not give a s*** if your package gets where it's supposed to go. Their customer service is a complete joke when you try to track a package down. Tracking numbers are a total gimmick as they don't track anything when you report the shipment did not arrive. Stay FAR away from this awful s*** show!! I warned you!!

The service from this place is very SLOW. They don't have change for big bills. They DONT know the prices for "copying." What's very annoying "the employee wasn't even going to give me a receipt" I choose to goto FEDEX on Travis Blvd where they know what there doing and understand ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION.

Your store manager Jamie Johnson was more than helpful. She went beyond the regular help that a client needs which she didn't really have to but she did, and I never forgot that. She totally helped me technically which also saved me $$ in costs. I was totally amazed at how caring and helpful she was. Thank you again Jamie
