I wish I had more stuff to do with all their available services. There were available staff quick to attend to your needs, I was barely waiting in line.All I needed to do was ship docs oversees, and it was quick and easy with knowledgeable and straight forward costumer service.

I've never been to a FedEx location that closes 10 minutes before actually closing time. They keep the open sign on but they lock the doors. In addition, the associates inside will consciously avoid eye contact while you stand at the door.I get it, we all want to go home, but if you say you close at 6 and I'm getting off work at 5:30 believe I'm trying to catch you just to DROP OFF a package. Don't lock the door at 5:50 if you close at 6. Taking my business elsewhere.

Had to overnight something. Easy to find and get to this location. Clean inside. I didn't have to wait long either around 6pm. And they lady helping me was nice.

Over the last 10 years, I have used FedEx locations around the state for my printing needs. I've never had a problem until I came here. This location has the worst customer service I've ever received. I have used locations in Napa and Pleasanton, along with multiple locations in Fresno and Bakersfield. I have never come across anything like 2 specific employees in this store. They simply do not want to help you. They treat you so poorly, I get the impression that they don't want to work at all. They are just there to collect a paycheck. It seems like they were would rather just walk around looking busy and do some shipping. These 2 made excuses as to why they couldn't help me, stating it was company policy, while other locations were eager to help. They overcharged once and tried to a second time. When I called them on it, they flat out treated me like they didn't want my business at all. No other location I've been to has treated me like this. I'm speaking of 2 specific employees there that just don't want to do their job. They would just rather collect a paycheck while doing as little as possible and have no problem with turning customers away. That's fine, I will never do business with them again. But, on the bright side, thanks to their terrible service, I did find a locally owned print shop that provides exceptional service and better prices.

RACKELLI was a life saver! She walked me through how to order my daughter's graduation announcements from a JPEG file I had created and could not figure out how to do it on my own. She was so sweet, so willing to help...perfect example of amazing customer service. THANK YOU RACKELLI!!! I will definitely be back for my printing needs.

I hardly ever use FedEx. But on Saturday I went in to get a book printed. I know nothing about technology. And employee name Rackelli helped me with out hesitation. Covid has made a lot of people scared to move. Ms Rackelli helped me without making me feel stupid for one not knowing how to use my own phone. But didn't make me feel as if I was infected with anything. Thanks FedEx for having wonderful employees like Rackelli.

Driver from this location is beyond lazy. On 4 separate occasions for the same delivery, the driver had marked "customer not home" however, my younger brother was home on 2 of the 4 occasions. My house was not like other houses out on the street, you will need to turn into the drive way and drive down just for a little to see the two houses. But no, either the driver is not qualify to even drive a delivery truck or just plain lazy and decided to marked "customer not home" what a liar. Worse ever.

All of the staff here were very friendly but Rico went above and beyond to make sure that my last minute print came out to my standards. This location is always neat and put together and the staff here make everything that much better.

Horrible service!! The worst, customer service just inexcusable, unacceptable, shipments never arrive on time, not once, not twice, not three times and keep counting, sometimes they never even arrive! And when you call to talk to a supervisor, they seem to be listing and very understanding but not a single word was heard or relayed, never get a call back, omg!!!!! I can't even write because I'm Sooo angry!! I would love to have UPS or even USPS deliver but some company's still use Fedex Ground and what's sad is that it has to go through the Fairfield facility and that's where the problem is! The WORST place of business to have trust in!!
