Went to this store to spend a little money. Store clerk gives no acknowledgement , " welcome in, can I help you find something particular, if you need assistance let me know." None of that or nothing like it. He just sits there on his phone. I had to reach up and grab what I was looking for. I asked if they had one size larger. He says no. Something told me to check myself. Low and behold, I find what he said they didn't have. To tip it off. A brother or shall I say black man walks in. I spoke in regards to seeing him in another sports store. He aggressively expressed, " THIS IS MY STORE!" Why is it that we get no customer service at the black owned businesses or the service we get is rude and unprofessional to the point it made me feel unwelcoming? I done spent hundreds of dollars at this store. Not that it's going to make or break you. I just saying black man. You need better customer service and a little lighter attitude about YOUR STORE.

Been calling and no answer, went into the store and called standing right in front of the worker and he looks at the phone and said damn customer keeps calling I ain't picking it up. Yeah that's the kind of workers they hire here.

The WORST customer service ever. They're all kids with smart a** mouthes. They are not helpful in any sense and lack customer service skills. Felt completely disrespected. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible customer service, Jordan the store manager is very rude and condescending. They wouldn't accept my return even though I had a valid receipt and it had only been one day. Jordan's excuse was that, 'he told the staff to tell customers that all sales were final, so they must of told me'. Well, they didn't, nothing was printed on the receipt, and he was not even working that day, so how would he know what they did or did not tell me. Jordan was completely unprofessional and should not have a job interacting with the public.
