I bought 3 girdles, 2 of the invisible line and one that is 096, the grip is in Size M, the others I grabbed in L x I weighed 185 but since I lost a little weight I grabbed the last one in size m x ke now I weigh 160 but I recommend these girdles x They work fast and apart from that they are beautiful Ami personally I loved them and the service they give is excellent can this comment help you
