Greed got the better of them and they lost a customer. 2 people sitting around and they wouldn’t do a basic safety inspection for $30, which is a standard rate. They mounted my tires and wouldn’t rotate them for free. I have 5 cars and now they have zero. Poor management.

Had a low pressure indicator on rear passenger tire; Costco and everywhere else wanted me to leave my car all day. Fairfield Tire guys got it repaired (screw in tire) and I was out of there in under 45 min for $35. Great deal, great service. Jelly Donut across the street makes the waiting easy (although Fairfield Tire has a small comfortable waiting area…) this was my first time at this shop but was as good as it could be for tire service. Thanks Fairfield Tire!

Every once in a while you get a puncture in your car's tire. I come here because it's a quick and very affordable repair service. Tom and the rest of the staff have been running this shop for years and provide friendly, high quality service. My repaired tire took about 20 minutes, no appointment needed.

I'd give five stars except I have limited experience with the place. But both times I have used them (to mount and balance tires, and a needed alignment) they have been quick, professional, and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff. They have a comfortable waiting area, and an excellent donut shop immediately across the street!

I had ordered some tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to FTC since they were a recommended installer(by Tire Rack). Nick called to let me know the tires had arrived and to scheduled an appointment. I dropped off the wheels the next day. The staff were friendly and helped unload the wheels from my truck. They did an excellent job mounting and balancing the wheels and in less time than expected.

Great service. The employees are very informative. The shop has a very local feel. When you walk in there, you feel like you're being taken care of.

They are a joke, do not believe what they tell you, their work is below standards, went for a brakes job, tire rotation, and Alignment, dropped off my truck at 8:15 in the morning, got a call around 11, say the work was done and I can come pick it up, around 30 minutes later they call back saying it was a mistake, went there around noon, my truck was in the parking lot just sitting, The only thing They had done was an alignment In four hours Went back 2 hours later. Still in the same spot hadn't even been worked on. And when I went back.
To get my vehicle to pay for what they did just to get out of there. No one would help me. They just left me standing there and when someone finally did no apology. No explanation just took my money and left. What a great way to treat a senior citizen and a veteran

Just by starting I bought my first set of tires at this place when I was 18 years old I'm now 60 this will be the last time I stepped foot in that door I spent $1,200 on tires and I still leave with a tire light on my dashboard and they tell me oh that's extra why in the at double toothpicks would you put that truck back together knowing it's going to have Tire lights on I do not recommend this place do not go there dishonest

Hands down the best service. Came through with my tire down to the wire and needed I be at work in Sacramento within an hour and a half. They were able to get my tire done in the middle of a rush and having me on the road with time to spare! The customer service was all smiles

I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Tom from this establishment over the phone to request a tire patch. Upon arriving at the shop, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service. The staff wasted no time in getting to work on my tire, and before I knew it, the patch was complete.
