Mirasol the Mgr is soooo Amazing! I "never" write reviews but she is so amazing I had to. She responded to my e mails a month in advance for our temporary move for work away from our Oregon home. She is so warm and kind and helpful, the best! She runs this place like a tight Marine ship, everything is perfect and shiny! This place is the best! Thanks Mirasol! You !are the BEST!Safety: We feel safe here which is so important to us!Walkability: Mirasol the Mgr is simply AMAZING! Love her! Lana in housekeeping is awesome too!Food & drinks: Breakfast daily is awesome and clean!

We love this location.They are always keen to assist guests, correct any minor issues and make you feel like your dollar is appreciated. But more than that they make you feel like you're at home. This is our Batcave location our secret rendezvous stay-cay away!!!Everything from The Breakfast to the check-in to the slightest maintenance concerns are always met with the utmost care, attention to detail, & great customer service.Each staff member is proficient in their position.My only wish is that this location was a corporate Hotel so that the staff here could get the pay,benefits, recognition & support that they deserve.They each deserve all of the benefits of working for Marriott & their level of customer service, definitely matches the commitment of the brand name that guests have come to expect & rely on.It's unfortunate that their teamwork goes unrecognized & unsupported because the property is not a corporate location. They should be rewarded for their impecable team work & service standards, even when its clear that they arent being supported & appreciated to marriott standards, by hotel ownership.I would understand if the staff chose to find corporate positions to better shine & be an asset to Marriott Bonvoy members.I'd follow them just for the friendly faces, & wonderful service they individually give & the experience they bring as a team.

I booked a room in hotel for 3 nights. But after first night due to urgent business I have to fly back. They refused to refund a single day.

I stayed here for work. The room was decent and big. My refrigerator was leaking. I didn't realize it was leaking until I walked on the tile and my socks got wet. Easy fix, I put down one of their bath towels. I was staying one night so I didn't allow it to bother me. Free breakfast but it didn't look appealing. So I passed. They did have free coffee. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

Was really frustrated most of my stay. When we got there they gave me the wrong room, I walked in on someone. Housekeeping cleaned our room ONCE in our 6 day stay. I had to ask the front desk everyday for towels. The shower curtains were so short that it made the bathroom floor wet every time we showered. Not a great

As a Marriott reward member, I'm shocked and applauded this is a hotel listed under Marriott. I left one Marriott hotel to come here. I should've known when I pulled up that this was a down grade from the other Marriott hotel. They have the front door secured at 1:30pm. You have to use your room key to open the door. I went to the phone to call, because I was checking in. The phone and actual area is disgusting. I didn't want to put my ear on the phone. The hotel is extremely dirty and old. Needs current renovations. The elevator has gang tagging in it. Hotel staff just looks at you. Unapproachable and not customer friendly. Not very welcoming. They don't even supply decent Kleenex tissue. Sanitation cleaning throughout the hotel is very minimal. I usually do research before booking anywhere, but I never thought Marriott would even hold a hotel like this to their name. I'm here for one night. I will be extremely uncomfortable for one night. The only plus to this hotel is there are food places next door and across the street.

My family stayed for just one night but we received incredible service from the front desk staff, particularly from Christine. We had a bunch of requests (early check in, etc) and she made the whole process easy, and when she saw that we had more people in the room than there would be towels available, she got us extras without us even asking. If I had my way, she'd be running the hotel, if not the whole chain. Rooms were perfectly acceptable, although the pull-out couch is pretty uncomfortable. 10/10 experience from Christine, 7/10 everything else

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Accused of smoking in a room on my first night staying there for work! Charged me bc I smelled like smoke? Never again! On top of that I found bugs in my room and my toilet flooded at 6am when I use it to pee. Went to lobby and they said manager called out and so did maintenance. Nothing like "oh we can move you to another room or anything" SAD!

A solid 4.5 from a four night stay in June 2023. Great breakfast to start the day, convenient location close to I-80.Several restaurant chains within walking distance. Useful Business Centre and laundry, with a lovely indoor swimming pool.BUT: Room servicing has been cut back to every third day, hence the 4.4 rating rather than the perfect five.Security. There are no safes in the rooms AND there is no safety deposit at Reception. BIG FAIL, refucibg the score.Rooms: Spacious, well-equipped for work or play. Lovely whirlpool bath.Despite the highway llocated less than 200feet away, the soundproofing is superb (if you take a room on the opposite side to the entrance).

I'm a life long Marriott member and I've also worked in customer service so I'm very sympathetic and I don't write reviews often if I didn't feel strongly. However, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at period. I feel it is my duty to let people know how awful this place is. First, the room wasn't ready. And when it was ready, it was dirty but even still we waited. There were bed bugs in the room. When we tried to explain it to the front desk, they kept dismissing us. They wouldn't even let us speak to the manager. When we did speak to the manager, she couldn't have been more dismissive. She was so rude. Never stay here. For your own health.
