Been having our pups treated here for years, and have never been disappointed. Even when our old golden was on his last legs, Dr. Heit tried to give us any and all options to keep him going. Now, with our two current dogs (both seniors) we find this place to be just as professional, accommodating and helpful as they were years ago. It's a clean, calm environment that even the most nervous pet can feel safe in. Karen at the front desk is an absolute angel, and is always willing to squeeze our pups in when emergencies happen. It's a wonderful feeling knowing your veterinary hospital has the best interest of both you and your companions in mind - I highly recommend this spot to those looking for a new vet care provider!

I went here with their advertisement that they take emergency, since her vet isn't available today at the clinic in Suisun. My Yorkie is obviously in distress. Shortness of breath. The lady in the front today 6/15/23 told me they aren't accepting new ones. Nobody is waiting in the reception. No compassion. If my dog died I will sue this place. So she referred me to another one across their clinic. I didn't go. I went to yelp and look arnd. Went to animal hospital in Alaska at. They are awesome. And they are full and still took lady bug. So she has pulmonary edema. Right? I can sue this place for real. Remove the HOSPITAL in your name. Ur just a clinic. U don't do acute care. It's disgusting. That lady is disgusting, ur rule is disgusting. I was bawling when I left. I don't know what to do.

We called and asked for a long-shot vet appointment because we were new to town and had an unexpected death in the family. We needed to board our hound dog and fly to NC and he needed one vaccine update. They were so nice and accommodating and let him come in that day and treated him so well. We can now both go to NC. They were also so reasonably priced. They earned three new clients (eventually - Kenneth the cat, Moxxi the weenie, and a return visit from Lernie the hound). Thanks you!!!
