Bad rental experience. Disorganized confused staff. Seems to be regularly short on cars. Staff is mostly unhelpful with an i don't care attitude. Save you time and money and go to budget or anywhere else really, location is also sketchy.

I am a long time hertz member and I just about had it with them never having the vehicle I book/having to wait a few hours past my pick up time for them to get a vehicle/having to compromise for a diff vehicle because they don't have what I booked. I came to enterprise because hertz last minute canceled my suv rental for they didn't have one. Hannah was very nice and even showed me options. Yes I had options to choose from I got to look at the space in each vehicle and even came back literally a minute before closing and Hannah let me upgrade to a bigger vehicle than the one I settled for. Ask for Hannah, Gaby or Karen all three very professional customer service

I went to the shop to rent a car for a few days and their representative KAREN has been very accomodating and helpful. A+++ for her costumer service. I was assisted in an instant with a few minutes waiting time only. After returning the car they were very kind to give me a ride back home. The staff Jessica was very pleasant and entertaining while we drove home. Overall its a great experience. Thank you Enterprise!

Geico set me up with Enterprise for a rental and arranged for them to pick me up at the repair shop. In less than 1 hour I was driving away in a rental after leaving my car at repair shop. Enterprise was awesome! Had a car ready for me and allowed me to leave it at the repair shop when my car was ready. Easy, smooth and quick , Vicky did a great job and I would use them again.

My vehicle was in an accident so I needed a rental insurance set me up here because it was close to my shops location. I reserved an intermediate car a week prior to pickup and set up a pickup time of 8:15 at the shop. At 8:40 there was still no one to pick me up as promised tried calling numerous times and was simply placed on hold. my shop was awesome and gave me and another customer a ride to Enterprise. once there I waited another 20 minutes to give all my information to the desk and waited another 10 minutes to be taken to my car which was a large vehicle with a significant increase in cost to me. I informed them I had reserved an intermediate size and the only response I got was this was a what we have you can take it or we can place you on a wait list. They would not upgrade since they failed to have what I reserve. I could not pay the extra so after saying I needed something and was not able to pay the up charge I was put in a dirty subcompact at the same price as the reserved intermediate? They acted as if they were doing me a favor. Not good at all

Their customer service is "usually" great, but as of recently their has dipped by a large margin. Reserved a car that I really wanted, called 1 day in advance to check availability only and the very next day received the lie that they never even had the car available to begin with. Will not be doing business with this location ever again

Forced to use Enterprise due to an insurance claim rental. Called the day before to confirm my rental. Some confusion took place with the lady helping me HANNAH. Long story short, Hannah and i had an interaction that snowballed into very unprofessional behavior by her. She went on to hang up on me. Upon my calling back,, placing me on 45 min hold for no reason. When i called back again to ask to speak to the manager. Proceeded to tell me my service is no longer valid and i must use another location. After finally getting a call back from the manager Alex. i was served properly and i was rented a vehicle. Hannah must have been sent to another rental location for the day to avoid any further interaction. Either way.. Contact has been made with Enterprise corporate about Hannah's unprofessional behavior. Hoping to never have to use this particular enterprise ever again.

Booking the car I needed was easy. Upon arrival, the pick up of the vehicle was very fast. I loved the new minivan I drove. Nice customer service from Israel, Michaela and Hannah.

Worst rental car place I've ever been to. Higher rates, lot full of cars but nothing reasonably priced ever available.
