“Thank you Sandra. She save me some money and fixed my 75inch Sony Tv. From the moment I asked my question Sandra was direct and set the expectations. I have a 2017 Sony Bravia TV XBR75X850E. My child threw a toy at the tv and it cracked. I was devastated and annoyed. I explained it to Sandra and I asked can it be fixed and she responded just throw it away. Her response was what I was expecting and it cracked me up. I just knew in my heart there was no fixing it. But the stars aligned and she said she had the same model tv and she could try to repair the screen. She described it as doing heart surgery. She said if she can fix it great, if not she could recycle it for me. She was able to fix it and she fixed it fast. Dropped it off Monday and was ready for pickup on Wednesday. So within 3 business days she got me back rolling. I was not ready to buy a new and spend a lot of money. Because these Sony Bravia's are not cheap. plan I love this tv so much. By the way, Sony also doesn't sell the replacement screen. Give this pace a try and at least a phone call to see if you can fix your tv rather than it going to the dump. She kindly offered to pick up my tv but I live a bit a ways away from Fairfield So I drove it to her. Thanks again.”

“Leroy was amazing! He listened to the issues I was having and he did thorough assessment of my washer and found a big dent in the pack of the washer, which is the cause of problems I was having. I had two techs out from GE and they did not even look behind the washer. I really appreciate that Leroy took the time and found the cause of why my brand new washer was having so many problems.Thank you very much!”

“WOW, Incredible CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY! I called my warranty company, told them the problem I was having and sent them pictures and a video of the problem. With the pictures and videos of the TV and what was happening they narrowed the trouble down to the motherboard and ordered one to be sent out. Said it should be out in 3 to 5 days, WHICH IT WAS. When it arrived I contacted them and they scheduled an appointment with A-Tech Service Pros. I called them, (A-Tech Service Pros) and they gave me a date when they'd be coming out to repair the TV. Not only did they phone me the day of the appointment, but told me when they were a half hour away they'd call again so I'd be ready for them. Two great guys came out, came in the house and immediately went to work. Took it down, opened it up and replaced the motherboard. Tested it out, worked great and they left. After a while a box came on the screen saying FACTORY MODE and would not go away on all 3 connecting inputs. I called A-Tech Service Pros and told the person who answered my problem and with her GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTISE, she walked me through the problem and got it fixed.. Very GOOD/GREAT/AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best of all I was able to reach them and speak with them real time, not an answering machine or automated system, BUT A REAL PERSON.. A BIG THANKS..”
