Mike provided us with excellent service at a fair price. We were 200 miles from home when a coolant line cracked on our Macan and he was able to fit us in on short notice and work out a solution that allowed us to make it home. He’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy and we would happily come to his shop again for service.

So I came to Mike because fox auto who is right next-door retired and I was directed to Mike. So I've had my fix two things in my Mercedes, did a great job great price can only say great things.

Had an Oil change and needed a light fixed. He did both services and also looked to see if I needed anything else done. He gave me a print out with each item and a price and told me when I should get it down. He also told me which service I should get next. Prices are great he beat the dealership by half. Can't wait to go back. This is my four minor service. And my car is still running like a champ. Thanks Mike your great

I mainly get my Porsche Cayenne serviced at East West but Mike will look at my other vehicles as well. You can tell he has a passion for what he is doing by just looking around in his shop.

The best experience I have had since owning a BMW. Mike was very transparent and friendly. The shop was impeccable. Above all, his EXPERIENCE and care for your vehicle shows in his work. Easiest five star review I have ever written. Mike is great! He's responsive and knowledgeable, even when something new and wacky occurs he figures it out. I love high-end European cars and I'm careful about who works on my cars (Mercedes AMG GTS; SLK 320) . East-West European Imports is the ONLY place in the Bay Area, I will take my cars for repair. This guy has a wealth of knowledge and experience with all sorts of cars. Everything is always done right and works correctly. Hands down the best repair shop in Fairfield, CA. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable mechanic in the area!

Awesome shop, the owner is very friendly and he really knows his stuff. Took my 2007 BMW 335i to get fixed. Twin turbo 6 cylinder vehicle, it had a major oil leak under the hood. Mike found leaking valve cover gaskets and oil filter, he cleaned it up really nice and did a fantastic job installing new OEM parts. He has a nice shop with a great location and an impressive amount of specialty tools & equipment.
