1 register open for 15 buyers. I finally just dumped my merchandise & left. This place doesn't want my business enough to provide staff. It's pointlesss to shop here.

This dollar tree is a complete mess and the girl at the register with the piercings in her mouth is so disrespectful and rude. She was cussing at every customer in line and talking to herself, saying that she's tired of everybody and trying to catch a attitude with me at her grown age. When I'm not the one. I don't know what's her problem but I always came here and had no issue with anybody until she started working there. She's about to start an issue and I know I'm not the only one who think so.

Why do all dollar trees have a minimum of 4 registers, yet only use maximum of 2? They should have 4 in line and then open another register

I do not like leaving bad reviews for stores that I like to shop. This store location isn't in the greatest area but I still go to shop and give my dollars to the area. The store is always trashed but you can still find some good items. The part I don't like is the staff is ever changing and I miss the staff that was there years ago. I wish I knew their names. Anyway today I was in line and unfortunately interrupted the cashier from looking at her TikTok live. The crazy part is she didn't even try to hide the fact she had her phone out while working. I guess management allows phones out on the floor. I know I'm from a different generation but I still think some form of professionalism should be displayed regardless of your job description. I could have been someone from cooperate coming into the store to see how things are going.

This is for Antonio. Please don't feel like all your hard work goes unnoticed. I noticed how hard you were pushing through today. I was in that store for less then 30 minutes and you asked for back up 3 times (that I heard). Finally a manager and another associate walked to the next register to only say that they can't ring in that register and then walked away to leave you ringing all alone once again. What about the rest of the registers? Anyway I though it was super unprofessional for the manager to not even acknowledge everyone standing in your line or even her associate working so hard. They were just roaming the store talking not even working on any other projects. As a manager myself I ask the owner of this establishment to do better training. It wasn't even busy I can't imagine what the holiday rush will look like. Antonio I suggest applying somewhere where you will be much more appreciated. Great work today!

The employees here and Store Manager are awesome. They are welcoming,funny, and very interactive with customers. The line got quite long. Cashier called for back up. Manager came right away and both made us all laugh and talk. And forget that the line was long in the first place. It also seemed like the regulars all knew the Manager by name. Which is great in itself. She knows her people and knows her customers. Awesome shopping experience.

Largest one I have been in , I work for the one in Dixon and we are a quarter of their size. Either way great place for low priced items and the management at both stores are awesome..

No shopping carts to be found, shopping baskets in limited supply and dirty, floor is unkempt, employees are not friendly, and whole store looks disorganized. This is the Fairfield branch we find in need of better management.

Prices are now $1.25.Good store for dollar priced items. Sometimes you need to be careful you can buy a larger sized item at another store for cheaper. Great if you need the smaller quantities.Could be cleaned a little more often.

I wish I could give 0 stars, bad customer service and they always close at least 15 minutes early even though they are supposed to close at 9. Employees are extremely lazy and don't want to work.

It's the $ store on Valentines Day but really..the balloons were on the ceiling and an employee had to spray it with water to make it fall down. They weren't blowing any up. And they charge you a $ to get cash back. But it served It's purpose..my grand got his mom a card and balloon.
