They have rude management there poor Management in ain't no good in the rude and the disrespectful and their prejudice management is taking all the hours so that they can make all the paycheck money not only that they're firing us for not a very good cause and they want people to work for them look at their turnover rate you need to investigate on how they treat their people they're rude and they have no respect for their employees they don't have meetings they have poor training they don't train their employees the employers are very rude there the place is dirty it is not clean how the things in the building do not work the air conditioning the front door it's just they don't clean the store enough the floors are always dirty and they're always causing trouble with the guests that come in that store I will never step foot in that store again they are very rude and disrespectful they don't smile at their customers you guys need to put one of those people that act like they're shopping and check the demeanor of those people and what they're doing there you need to watch them because they're they are crooked so Michelle the managershe gave me a racial remark and had me fired but yet she still works there and she's hogging all the hours and it's not fair to me because if it wasn't for her saying something to me that day as a cashier when I was working I would have never lost that job and why didn't she cash out the lady that was working there because she had a drawer that day the day that I was in question about some girl was in there stealing I had nothing to do with any stealing I didn't steal anything and then Michelle makes this racial remark if she saw the girl taking something why didn't she cash the girl out she had a drawer the same day just like I did and if she was a manager why didn't she cash the girl out but instead she gave me a racial remark and threw me under the bus and I didn't even do anything I believe that these people here have a bad vendetta against people that never done anything to them I worked for that store for two and a half years and then she comes in there and sabotages my job she started off as a cashier exactly the same time I did but now that she's a manager she likes to go to her head and she's sabotages people's jobs

Prices are good. If items are in stock, they're decent. However, the store looks dirty all the time and cluttered. Shelves are always empty and needs to be restocked. The employees I've met, are very nice and helpful.

1 register open for 15 buyers. I finally just dumped my merchandise & left. This place doesn't want my business enough to provide staff. It's pointlesss to shop here.

This dollar tree is a complete mess and the girl at the register with the piercings in her mouth is so disrespectful and rude. She was cussing at every customer in line and talking to herself, saying that she's tired of everybody and trying to catch a attitude with me at her grown age. When I'm not the one. I don't know what's her problem but I always came here and had no issue with anybody until she started working there. She's about to start an issue and I know I'm not the only one who think so.

Why do all dollar trees have a minimum of 4 registers, yet only use maximum of 2? They should have 4 in line and then open another register

I do not like leaving bad reviews for stores that I like to shop. This store location isn't in the greatest area but I still go to shop and give my dollars to the area. The store is always trashed but you can still find some good items. The part I don't like is the staff is ever changing and I miss the staff that was there years ago. I wish I knew their names. Anyway today I was in line and unfortunately interrupted the cashier from looking at her TikTok live. The crazy part is she didn't even try to hide the fact she had her phone out while working. I guess management allows phones out on the floor. I know I'm from a different generation but I still think some form of professionalism should be displayed regardless of your job description. I could have been someone from cooperate coming into the store to see how things are going.

This is for Antonio. Please don't feel like all your hard work goes unnoticed. I noticed how hard you were pushing through today. I was in that store for less then 30 minutes and you asked for back up 3 times (that I heard). Finally a manager and another associate walked to the next register to only say that they can't ring in that register and then walked away to leave you ringing all alone once again. What about the rest of the registers? Anyway I though it was super unprofessional for the manager to not even acknowledge everyone standing in your line or even her associate working so hard. They were just roaming the store talking not even working on any other projects. As a manager myself I ask the owner of this establishment to do better training. It wasn't even busy I can't imagine what the holiday rush will look like. Antonio I suggest applying somewhere where you will be much more appreciated. Great work today!

The employees here and Store Manager are awesome. They are welcoming,funny, and very interactive with customers. The line got quite long. Cashier called for back up. Manager came right away and both made us all laugh and talk. And forget that the line was long in the first place. It also seemed like the regulars all knew the Manager by name. Which is great in itself. She knows her people and knows her customers. Awesome shopping experience.

Largest one I have been in , I work for the one in Dixon and we are a quarter of their size. Either way great place for low priced items and the management at both stores are awesome..
