Amazing! Had to go exchange my Taylormade qi10 driver in regular flex for stiff flex since i out grew my regular flex shaft, went over to the golf section and a kind nice man named Casey helped me out and was amazing during the exchange process. Props to him for giving me the customer a great experience and helping out.
