For my first visit, mental note.....Definitely bring a jacket. The place is freezing cold. Nice white spacious interior. Chairs are comfortable and the service was fast. Came for a pedicure and I wasn't disappointed. Lots of ample parking. Walk ins accepted. They accept Venmo, Cash App. Nice options for their services.

My first time here, I had the guy assisting me. I asked to see pinks to choose from since I was requesting a French tip with dip. He nodded and said yes but then didn’t give me any pink colors to choose from. He chose for me. The pink he chose for me was too light for my skin tone. He also didn’t clean up my dead skin around my cuticles. I paid $50 including a $15 tip.

I was visiting from out of town and didn't have time before I left town to see my usual nail lady. I had been here before while in town for an event and the lady that did my nails then was great! She did a beautiful job and they lasted a long time. When I came in this time she no longer worked there. A guy did my nails and a pedicure. The pedicure lasted awhile and was really nice but my nails didn't. I had him do a light layer of acrylic with gel over the top and they only lasted maybe a week. Usually when I get them done like that they last 2.5-3 weeks. He was also very rough. He hit my skin with the sander many times. Which was really painful.

I walked in everything was goin fine I was gettin a pedi and the worker took something off another’s person feet and tried to put them on mine with no cleaning sanitizer or anything just nasty and unsanitary

Would give this place zero stars if I could. They were insanely rude telling my 16 year old daughter that the ugly nails they did was her fault. They refused to fix them after I called twice. They seen a young girl and tried to take advantage of her. The jewels and products they use are cheap and customer service is nonexistent here.

Very bad pedicure and the technician knew how unhappy I was. No one else there and she rushed me out in 22 minutes! Did not use color selected and nails are crooked.

Very disappointing. Here are a few things that I experienced that reminded me that I have choices. I requested something very basic and simple, to soak and remove the old tips and acrylic from my granddaughter's nails and the gel from mine and then a manicure only for us both. The man who started my nails began to use the clippers to remove mine and I repeated that I'd like to soak so he then tried to lift the nail and said let me know if this hurts. It hurt. I asked again if he could let them soak and repeated that I wanted my granddaughter's to soak as well. He then told another attendant to do my nails and got up and went to the back. By the way, we had appointments. After a while another attendant came to do my grand's so I asked her to soak them. She pulled out her kit with clippers and was preparing to take the nails off so I asked her not to use them and she said she could let her know if they hurt. Ok, I am a very chill person but this was getting out of hand. I then said never mind, if you cant soak them you don't have to do anything, I'm her grandma and don't want her to experience pain at all. The attendant then told me that she had done my grands nails before so it was ok. My expression must have changed because my grand spoke up to ease the situation and told me that it was ok (she is 11) and that the attendant could just clip the tips off - she has been here in the past to get her nails done for special occasions. I said ok but we will never come again. Things were fine for her after that and the acrylic was soaked off. My attendant, however, was being extremely rough in using the tool to remove the gel after it was soaking for a while. At one point she yelled at me because although I asked her if she could paint my nails with regular polish she brought over gel polish and I guess I didn't respond fast enough to her when she asked me if I wanted gel polish. Omg. This is a nail salon by the way. Polish is their thing. In the midst of one of the repeated soaking intervals she pulled her mask down and stuck two fingers into her nose. She pulled the mask back up then began to reach for my hand. Of course I stopped her and told her she needed to wash her hands since she just stuck her fingers up her nose. The attendant working with my grand daughter started speaking to her in their language and my attendant said that she had not done it, had only adjusted her mask. As if the little nail table is 30ft across instead of 1 foot and I wasn't looking right at her in disbelief while her fingers were up her nose. The other attendant told her to go wash her hands. She was playing with her face again after washing her hands but her back was to me so I couldn't tell if she did some revenge nose digging before coming back to me. I washed mine thoroughly afterwards but a little traumatized. She then went to cut my nails and I said I didn't want them cut down so she started to try to cut them anyway but I pulled away. The other attendant said something to her so she then responded that she was just going to make them even. The guy from the beginning came back and finished me up. He was just supposed to polish them but wound up repeating all the things nose lady had done which I am very thankful for because I was thinking that I would need to make an appointment at another salon to get a manicure tomorrow because they looked so bad. All in all an unpleasant experience and one that should have been nice and easy for my grand and I. Unfortunately, she had to watch me struggle to keep my composure. I will remind myself in the future that I do have a choice and this place is no longer an option.

I went in to get a manicure and pedicure for a trip I'm going on. I was a walk in. They seated me right away and two gentlemen started working on my hands and feet. I got the full spa treatment plus color and gel on both feet and hands as well as a design. They guy working on my feet did the best feet and leg message with sugar scrub and hot rocks. He took his time and my legs and feet were so smooth after. It was so relaxing. The man that did my nails was so kind and happened to have gone on the same trip I was taking years prior. Place was clean. Music was nice. I love how my nails turned out. I have read so many bad reviews. I was surprised. When I chose this salon I think I thought I was choosing another one in town that had great reviews. However, I've only had my nails done two other times in my life and this is the nicest and most engaging anyone has ever been while working on my nails. I would go back for sure. Was a little pricey but I did get the full package and I tipped generously. They deserved it.

I called 15 min before dropping in to see if they had time for a fill with design.. I was in a bit of a rush because I went in on my lunch. They promised an hour and delivered right on time!! AND my nails look SO GOOD! Thank you ??

I visited Diamond nails & spa and loved it! They are friendly and no matter the pinterest design i show them, they do am awesome job This place is professional and oh so relaxing The salon offers a variety of payment options for your convenience. I always leave satisfied.

Very pleasantly surprised by such a friendly attitude in such a tourist area. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommended Diamond nails & spa to everyone! Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own.
