The employees at this store both pharmacy and generally, are without fail pleasant and go the extra mile to help with whatever you need. I have been pleasantly surprised as I don’t have a lot of experience with CVS but have been several times and always treated really well.

The store is disappointing. They are always out of items. If you go to the store, you must go with intent to not finding anything in particular. They have two self checkout machines and one doesn't work. One self check out machine froze while I was using it and I ended up having to get in line to get my items anyways after getting a lecture from the cashier that the machine froze because I scanned an item that I can't use self check out for . Their system was down and would not take my phone number cashier attempted to help me but she couldn't make my phone number work. She signed up me for a new account. It still didn't work. She couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work and then asked me if I knew other peoples phone numbers we could try so that I didn't have to pay full price. The system wasn't taking anybody's phone numbers for customer accounts, so this was a waste of time. I work ended up paying full price and wasting almost 20 minutes of my time.

Store is very run down and dated. Even basics like greeting cards are only half stocked. They push self check-out so hard and only open an employee staffed check out registers when they have to. Self check out lines are always long. This is one of the worst locations I have been to. Very disappointing.

I want to thank and commend Manager Dennis for helping me locate a holiday Barbie and holding it for me while I rushed to the store to buy it. He didn’t have to do that! It was service up and above customer expectation! I truly appreciate his concern and politeness. He remained professional and calm even though I was frantic over the phone! I had been trying to locate this doll going on 3 days! I’m so impressed with the customer service , and grateful Dennis works there!

If I could rate the pharmacy -100, I would! So, my grand daughter had knee surgery Thursday & when they filled her pain medication, unbeknownst to us, they shorted her 12 pills WITHOUT TELLING US! Now her nerve block wore off & she's out of pain meds AND IT'S SATURDAY! The pharmacy said they have to get approval from her doctor. That's not until Monday. They told her to take tylenol! Tylenol will not help with the pain you idiots! DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT PHARMACY! They might have stole the pills they didn't give us!

On my recent trip to the CVS store in Fairfield CA. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most friendly and helpful people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Her name is Sheryl and she is truly a asset to the CVS name.

I highly recommend this CVS. The associates at the store are very helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a question, they try to help as much as they can. Krysta and Melissa are great and very knowledgeable.

I come here with my friends all the time but, this one worker in particular has been nothing but disrespectful and rude to me and my friend's from constantly watching/ following us around the store and harassing us, I also caught her talking bad about me. During the summer she accused me for "stealing" which I have never stolen before I got it all on video. I was calm with her whole time and she got mad when I raised my voice a little bit. She even checked our bags one time which I've been cooperative the whole time and let her check she accused me of stealing a half eaten bag of gummy bears that my friend gave me for a gift and she told us we had to leave ours bags at the front when we come in keep in mind she doesn't do this to the other customers just us because we're "kids". I am fed up feeling uncomfortable when I step foot into this establishment because I know she is always watching and following me it makes me scared, uncomfortable, and my anxiety goes up when I step foot into the cvs store me and my friend's just want to buy our stuff and have a good time enjoying each others company..

The pharmacy has the worst customer service!!! I had surgery and got discharged after pharmacy hours.. I needed my medication the next morning as i was in serve pain. They told me to wait over an hour for my medication and there wasn't a way to expedite. I know that is bullcrap because used to work in a pharmacy and that is not how your treat customers. The store is unorganized and doesn't look clean. The cashier in the front was nice so I'll give them two stars.

The Pleasanton Santa Rita CVS store Pharmacy department has wonderful employees.My MD can call a script in and it is ready when promised.Laurie and her staff are efficient, quality people.
