Very rude young girl. Always on her phone, it's more important than helping customers. The men's restroom looks like it hasn't been mopped in about a year. Very lazy staff? Won't be surprised if they go out of business soon.

This review is for the male who answered the pharmacy line on 9/13/23 at 5:40p. Your customer service skills need severe improvement. As a customer, I had been on hold for over 10 minutes and was inquiring if this CVS location carried a Rx for my 82 year grandmother since the CVS we usually go to, didn't have any in stock until next week. I provided you with the name of the medicine and you replied "we don't have any" and you immediately hung up the phone. You didn't bother to help further, wait to hear if I had additional questions, or offer solutions. This type of service reflects poorly on CVS. Working in a pharmacy should require staff like yourself to have compassion as you are serving people that need medicine and are likely already dealing with health matters. Have some respect for your community, your employer, and customer service.

Today, a Saturday, I arrived at the pharmacy drive up window at 9:55 am. I waited for the window to open up at 10:00. Patiently waiting until 10:20. Still no one came to the window. I called the pharmacy several times with no answer. I then called the main line and spoke to someone to ask if the pharmacy was open. He said they were open. I had go inside to pick up my prescriptions. I am disabled and rely on drive up service. I was forced to limp inside. Once I get to the pharmacy, I observed a few people standing in line. The clerk was moving slow as molasses. I mean good grief, no sense of urgency. Wasting time chitchatting nonsense. I informed him I was waiting at the drive up window for twenty minutes and no one came. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location.

Employees are very helpful and *Leo went above and beyond. I look forward to my next visit! Thanks CVS to having what I always need. With good employees and quality products.

I am currently on hold as I type. I called my refill in 24 hrs before I needed it. Then, received a message to pick up the following day. It was not there; it was never there. When I asked what happened, she instructed me to find my meds myself by calling of CVS in the area. ...Still in hold by the way... I have been looking for my meds for over 2 hours. I finally began to drive around Solano county myself. While in Vacaville, the Target staff was kind enough to help me double team all stores from Fairfield, Vacaville, and Napa. Shame on you North Texas CVS pharmacy. Your position is needed but you shrug at your responsibilities. You lack customer service and compassion.

The worst service ever in the pharmacy. They don’t answer their phones, are rude, hang up on you, attitudes, called corp. to complain and never get a call back. So, it starts at the top! They just give off a vibe if they could care less about what you need.

Horrible service in the pharmacy department. You can call in advance to make sure they have your prescription ready and when you show up to pick it up, they want to blame you that they had no knowledge of your prescription being placed. I don't know what they do throughout their shift but clearly they are slow at doing their work. If they're not happy, they should probably go find something else to do.

Pharmacy opens at 9 am, 1 hour after the store opens?!? Inconvenient! Drive thru can be slow like molasses -prepare to spend at least 20-30+ minutes waiting. Orders are never ready same day which is unprofessional and D*** especially for a company that supposedly specializes in dispensing prescriptions. They never answer the phone, even when my Dr.s office or insurance calls, the hold time is over 25 min. Pharmacy tech didn't return my DRIVER'S LICENSE and they never called. Drove back hours later and she didn't acknowledge her mistake or even seem apologetic

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This place is the biggest joke of a pharmacy I have ever seen. They constantly mess up prescriptions and mark them as picked up before you pick them up, causing a nightmare with insurance. There has been multiple times, they told me my prescriptions were ready for pick up and when I got there they tell me they haven't even stared filling it or are out of it and don't know when they'll get more. It's hard to fault the staff when the pharmacists are the biggest clowns of all. I would bet money they got their degrees online.

While I was picking up my prescriptions, there was this homeless man arguing with me and he ended up taking my medicine! all the workers just looked and didn't help. do better!

My husband went there to pick up a prescription after finding out the other CVS in town was out of his needed prescription. They informed him that they closed in 10 minutes, and although they had it, they weren't willing to fill it.

Poor Service and Pharmacy Care. I had arrived immediately after having a Surgery done and my Prescriptions were not ready when I arrived soon after leaving the Hospital. They then told me they were going to take a lunch, so I was forced to wait another half hour meanwhile I'm in pain and discomfort the entire time I'm waiting to get my prescription. Once I finally came back about an hour later , I again found myself waiting over 25 minutes. Overall this CVS Pharmacy looks nice being that it's a new building but take my word for it and DO NOT waste your time or energy coming to this Pharmacy. 0 out of 5 Stars.
