Worst tire shop. They are trying to appear to be friendly about what they say, but they are not friendly at all and they just don’t want to do your job. They are hired workers instead of doing their own business, so they don’t care. They are responsible for their managers but not the customer. Go to any tire shop that their managers cares their customers rather than go to Costco.

My review will be a lot like all the others: the customer service here is terrible and I will never buy tires from Costco again. In fact, I may sell my tires that I bought last year, just so I can buy tires elsewhere. That's how much I want to never need to come to Costco Tire Center again. The $150 saved on my set of tires from Costco was NOT worth the nothing-but-aggravation I have experienced since then. The most aggravating was when a tire got shredded about six months in and it took three visits to Costco Fairfield to have it replaced. This is mostly because they NEVER answer their phone at this branch. I'm not even sure there is a phone in this shop, actually. So, I drive out and show them the tire and they tell me I probably need a new tire (I absolutely did) so they'll order the tire in case it can't be repaired. Should arrive in a few days and they'll call me when it gets in. Clearly, my phone assessment is correct because they do not call. I start calling on day 6. No answer. Days 7, 8, 9 and 11: no answer. I drive over and am told that the tire is in, but I'll need to make an installation appointment or leave it and they'll try to squeeze it in, but it could take a few hours. I choose the former and the next available appointment is five days later and a two-hour appointment window is required. I show up, they say they can check the old tire and swap it quickly- if needed- since it's only one tire, so I decide not to Uber back to work after all and I can just go wander the store. Maybe 45 minutes or an hour and they'll call me, he says. Yay!, I say! I can get back to work and finish up my day! I rhyme when I am hopeful. Sadly, my eternally-optimistic friend, hope is unwarranted. An hour goes by and although I can see that my car has moved into the bay and is on the lift, no one seems to be working in the area. 30 more minutes go by and still no call so I decide to go check on progress. I sit and wait about 10 minutes until the guy comes out and he says they are just about to put the new tire on because, "Yeah... you need a new tire." But I stay upbeat because he is doing his job. Another 35 freaking minutes later, he returns and presents a charge of $178, which he says is half the price of the tire at non-sale price (I bought them on sale). We discuss as I have the purchase invoice in my Drive (note to self: bring your receipt to prove how much you paid for your tires. Better yet, do not buy tires here) and since the non-sale price was $210... math says $105, no? He rolls his eyes a little, says something about a disposal fee and reduces the charge to $130.00. I mean, tires are the worst expense to deal with, right? They're expensive, seemingly more fragile than you'd expect, and when you have to have them, you have to have them. Does Costco really have to make it worse like this?

Bought tires here for a great price. They did the install and did a quality job. I have also had them fill my tires for me, but you can do it yourself in the parking lot if you wish. They rotated and balanced my tires as well, but I did have to make an appointment. The appointment was over a week and a half wait time. I am not sure if that is normal though. Overall these guys do a great job, they are friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that it is very hard to get someone to pick up the phone, and just as hard to get someone to greet you at the counter. Seems like the guys are always busy in the garage and there isn't someone dedicated to the front desk for customer service.

Need to careful when you buy tires, even you have 2 tires are good in your car they need to change. Don't trust, they need you to expend more money.

WARNING! If you have tires installed here you have a chance of getting body damage. The lack of experience technicians do not know where to place the jack or the lift and when your vehicle is lifted it will cause body damage. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Slow and mechanics taking their time as i watch my Car not being attended for a long time hours that i saw in my own two eyes. Until i went directly to the desk tire clerk. And "oh will do it in 45minutes." Sucks Costco Fairfield. I don't care what the reason was. These mechanics at this Tire Center should do their job diligently.

Good for a Costco. But can be better. They really should hire more people. Although, they do have self-checkout. It creates more problems than solves. It just slows the lines down. The Meat area/butchers are pretty awesome. They are helpful and usually super friendly. For ELECTRONICS, they should get better brands. The prices should be lower. They carry Sonos sound systems. Which are a bit OVER RATED for the money and sound quality. TIP:DON'T GO ON SUNDAYS! IT'S A SHEET SHOW.Like way too crowded. Over all it's an ok Costco.

The worst ground beef EVER. Used to be the best meat in town. Nothing but tons of fat and other bits of chewy stuff. I threw away $30 on a lb of their ground beef and cooked it up in burgers. Couldn't eat it there was so much fat and grease. So I threw it all away. If you value your arteries, don't buy this poor excuse for hamburger meat. It even looks creepy. All pink instead of red. Shame on you,Costco for charging so much for this awful stuff!
