Hands down one of the Best Hair Salons I’ve been to!! The owner Jade was very sweet and responsive when I reached out to her about my hair. When I went to the salon for my consultation let’s just say the inside was such a vibe very sleek and clean and what I liked about it the most was that she had her own suite in the back that was private and intimate. She was very knowledgeable about what I was dealing with with my hair and what would be the best way to go about starting healthy hair journey. When I showed up for my first appointment it was definitely an experience you don’t get these days from other salons Having a glass of wine while getting a steam treatment on my hair which by the way I’ve never had was amazing.. Jades was very sweet and funny she kept me laughing and just so down to earth It felt like I was hanging out with one of my homegirls!!! My overall experience here at the salon was a 10 out of 10 I haven’t gotten my hair done in a long time because I had a terrible experience at another salon and she definitely changed that for me ans I look forward on returning from my future appointments!!!!

I had a great experience at Cocoa Bella Beauty. Jade transformed my hair exactly as I envisioned it, and her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable. She is also so sweet and we shared many laughs. Can’t wait to go back!

Jade is wonderful. Her personality pops. She is very professional at her craft and gets me out of the shop in a timely matter. She educates me on what works well for my hair. I also use her Cocoabella extensions which last for at least 3 years. The quality is great!! I have been going to Jade for over 10 years?

The braider here is unprofessional and doesn't do a good job at all. She was on the phone having inappropriate conversations while she did my daughters hair and listening to music with profanity..the braides didnt even last, they were falling out within a week.. Jade is okay, she doesn't comb out your hair prior to blow drying which I don't know where they do that at. She also cut my daughters ends while her hair was curly, so once it was straightened it was all uneven.. I mean I think thats beauty school 101.. smh

2 stars is just for the hair I purchased, and that's it. The hair quality is 5 stars, but my experience of buying the hair was 1 star. I've been buying hair there since 2015, and after this last purchase it will definitely be my last. I recently bought hair here, and I did standard shipping. I'm quite aware of shipping delays due to COVID, but as a consumer I expect that to be communicated to me. I asked when it would be shipped out, and she stated on Wednesday. As a business owner, if you aren't able to ship out that day, you should at least communicate and apologize about the delay, not wait for your customer to email a couple days after it's supposed to be shipped to check on the status. Because of the delay of shipping, I had to reschedule my hair appt. My hair appt was for my family portraits for my son's 3rd bday, which also meant I had to reschedule our portrait session, which also meant I had to reschedule my makeup appt, change my days off from work, and my family had to reschedule their plane tickets. So you can see one mishap of communication leads to several people having to change their schedules, thank goodness it all worked out in my favor and I didn't take a financial loss with any of them. Another recommendation would be to have on the website the expected time frame of when it should arrive, so people can plan accordingly.

Jade is amazing. I first emailed her and she got back to me within an hour or so. I was a new client. The stylist that I loved is in San Jose- however I was looking for another stylist closer to where I lived (Vacaville) and I don't want to go to Sacramento. I was recommended to this salon by a coworker whose friend went to Jade. I was looking for partial color, much needed trim, flat iron press and style. Jade was very responsive to my questions and very nice during my visit. The shop was easy to find. I love the color she did and she was fast, but great quality. She delivered. I don't get my hair done that often, but may need to make it something I do more often with Jade. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout my time. I definitely will be back. Thanks Jade!

I love Jade and this salon. Very professional and girl boss vibes. She is an artist with hair and never disappoints. I have been going there for 2 years and every time my daughters hair is perfect. Her professionalism and positive attitude is always welcoming. Go to Cocoa Bella and get that hair slayed!
