Royce Goree is an absolute professional. I live in Elk Grove, so most of the business was conducted via phone call. He answered every questioned and was willing to drive out to me just to show me the car. When I arrived it was detailed, immaculate on the inside, smelled like my favorite scent (and I didn't tell him) and he went the extra mile in assuring me that what we discussed concerning the vehicle was a done deal. It was better than that. I got more than expected!!! I would love to give this dealership a 10 star review if I could, from the very start Royce was determined to help my family and I get a bigger vehicle as our family size increased. It has been difficult to get into a vehicle with decent payments as I already have a car loan but Royce made it happen and I am beyond grateful.He made this experience very fast and easy, he is definitely the best in town!! Car buying reviews with a 5 STAR rating just doesn't happen!!! Picture it: you are sitting in an office similar to a cozy living room...just you & the owner, Royce Goree, and your selected vehicle visible outside his large front window. Now the laid back, no sales hype & NO PRESSURE Royce copies your D/L required to take your car for a leisurely drive. If you like it...sit back in his leather chair while he gathers all the necessary data to send to DMV. His prices are exceptionally low so I would have been embarrassed to ask for less!!! Seriously, I have spent a considerable amount of time in the car business, but now retired from the medical field, and I have NEVER experienced or heard of a car sales transaction like this!!! Please give Royce a call to make an appointment so he can set aside a convenient time to help you one on one...TOTALLY FORGET YOUR PAST HUSTLE BUSTLE OBNOXIOUS CAR DEALERSHIPS...TRY ROYCE ONE TIME AND YOU'LL NEVER AGAIN GO BACK TO ANY OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS...l'm not that religious, but I truly thanked God for this blessing...Best regards,Harrison B.
