NOT OPEN, Its 6:30am n it's closed?
Nevermind, the lady who works in morning just opened the door and said "she locked the door because there are lots of crazies in the morning"
Um, that doesn't mean you lock the door. It was hard to understand her since her speech was very thick with broken English. The only plus side about this experience here is the backwoods here are less then $7
Other then that, whoever the owner is needs to hire people who can speak English and have real customer service skills.

Visited Chevron / ampm store at 1600 N Texas St, Fairfield, CA, United States on December 2021RUDE CASHIER GUY!I stopped in for gas, and went to the store to buy something. I asked the cashier guy nicely if I can use the toilet, he replied back with a rude attitude that I can’t use it. He treats the same towards my dad who is an elderly & was also refused to use the toilet. This guy is extremely unprofessional and he don’t treat the customers. Please don’t advocate this store/branch.

Cashier guy was very rude ignoring me while i was trying to ask for address for my lift. He wouldnt answer. Wouldn't smile. N he walked away as i asked him for the 5th time. As a result my lift took 45 min to find me. Ruined my bond with this station. Id rather not come back here again. My service animal withheld extremely cold temp and strong winds outside because he locked me out.

I legit came to fill up gas and use bathroom . I went outside to fill up gas and come back in it ain't even 10 yet . This guy Mf tells me I can't use bathroom because it's closed . It was only 9:50 and I filled up gas . If this is how you treat your customers I don't feel bad I saw a homeless guy taking a piss all over the back walls .

Chevron 1600 N Texas St & E Travis Blvd Across from IHOP I only use Chevron Diesel and have for the last 18 years. I found this station to be one of (if not) the cheapest price in the area. The owner is very nice and friendly "BUT" on two occasions the pump nozzle didn't shut off and being my filler in inside one of my tool boxes it filled it half full before I noticed it (approximately 11 gallons) I pulled the plug on my box dumping the fuel where I sat and commenced to removing my Saws, Grinders, Drills etc. The second time was only about a Quart to clean up. When all said and done I had a loss of a half a dozen Grinding, Cutting disc which the owner paid for. On 4 occasions in the last 2 years the pump didn't dispense normally and just drizzled out causing my normal 10 minute visit to extend to more like 30 minutes. Being a corporate station I have no doubt in the quality of the fuel, just the maintenance of the equipment.

Very small store but it's never very busy and I'm in and out of there fairly quick. It's clean in there and staff are "ok" friendly, not to talkative.

Service is very unprofessional. Workers don't know what they are doing. They do not treat customers right. Need to teach workers how to do this job

I will never buy Chevron gas again. Such a hassle. Everyone is now a thief according to Chevron. You have to go inside with card and ID for any purchase.
