Horrible place to bank. Their incompetence is off the chart!!! Charged my college student monthly fees when there are none. Now they are having difficulty refunding the fees. It’s been escalated to their corporate office. It’s been a week and the bank manager is waiting for the corporate response.

When I walked into this branch of Chase and saw Samantha's beautiful smile, I felt absolutely great - she made me feel very welcome. When she did the paperwork for me, I was so impressed with her very detailed and responsible attitude. She is such an asset for Chase Bank. This branch is quite awesome! Strongly Recommend.

Worst bank, seriously, one issue after another, but the cake goes to bank to bank transfer that they can cancel (twice!) for "security reasons" after verifying the receiving bank in US + lock you out from on-line services - you will spend hours on the phone to get access to your money, while talking to people on another side of the world (according to their loud roosters 6 am their time during our PST day time, Philippines?), and those people suppose to verify your identity on several levels??! - which 5 of them could not do properly, needed 6th person - this takes 3 days and hours on the phone. If you complain they blame you for moving large amount, but nowhere it is written that there is a different verification procedure for larger amounts - so they come up with new policies out of the blue just to keep money longer on the account where customers get interest of 0% for years, but banks make record money. So if you want someone to control your access to your money - that is the bank for you.

The best Chase branch in Fairfield! Professional and exceeds in customer service. Brenzel Guilloy is superb. I opened my business account at this branch only because of the customer service.

My account was compromised and I was in a panic. I walked into this branch and was helped by Mr. Brenzel Guillory with so much respect and such a kind demeanor. He explained next steps, any fees associated to the fraudulent charge and set me up with an appointment the very next day on my time and on my 30 minute lunch, today during that appointment he opened a new account for me, ordered me a new and rushed debit card and helped me with a new direct deposit and I made it back to work on time! I can't say enough how much I appreciate the friendliness of this branch and it's employees. I'm so happy to be a Chase customer! Thank you also to the branch manager Steve Fullen for following up with me.

I would easily give this bank and its employing Maria a million stars I went in on Saturday to withdraw cash from my account as I had found out Friday evening my bank card had been hacked due to the time of receiving this info the online service was closed and wouldnt open till monday morning. while in the bank Maria assisted me in with drawing cash and advised that my card was closed. I inquired how to get a new card and she explained to call the number provided monday after 8am. I explained I worked graveyard 12hr shifts if there was an email or alternative avenue. Maria said no worries she would call it in for me and have the card express shipped to my home. Maria took down my infor address and phone number. Monday morning I received a vmail from Maria advising she had hsndled the matter and the card would be shipped to me by close of day wednesday. I just again need too recognize Maria for going above the ordinary and being an extraordinary worker. This is the type of person we should all strive to be because a little bit of kindness goes miles. MARIA YOUR KINDNESS WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN OR UNNOTICED YOU ARE A GEM.

This is a great location and they have great customer service. The lines were long this day and the wait for the banker was backed up in appointment walk-ins. The new branch manager was helping the line move and speaking to customers about the wait and they will be right with us. Way to lead and not just manage. Even after a small transaction for me he finished the line and knocked out a wire for me i need asap for a home purchase. Every day is different in our day to day lives, but the little things people do can go a long way. Thank you to this branch for stepping up this day and I hope it continues to get better over time under the new leader. I encourage everyone to speak to the manager to help him reinvent the experience here for you at this particular chase bank location.

Rosemary Batarseh This loan officer is the worst person I have even dealt with. She missed 2 appointments with me. never sent me messages to the correct e mail or telephone number. other officers in the bank sent her messages which she didn't acknowledge. Her boss Gary Kessler was also very unprofessional. wanted to keep my home loan with Chase but these 2 people kept this from happening.

Horrible place with unprofessional employees! We've been trying to add me to my husband's account for 4 months!!!! It is obvious that employees don't now the whole process, they just push the button of the computer. We've been there 4 times and they asked to bring different documents every time. The first time we came just to find out what shall we do and what documents shall we bring to add me to account and we did not get the answer. And every time we come, they keep on telling us to bring another documents!â€â€ It seems to me, they don't know their job! Last time we've been there last Wednesday, I felt so bad and sick, but I had to go there to finally add me to account, we brought all the documents we've been told to bring before, and again, that was not enough. They did not add me to account!

Consistently unhelpful so I've closed my accounts. They refuse to cash their own travelers checks bought at the green valley branch years ago. They refuse to allow me to view a transaction that shortchanged me. They leave me waiting in lobby too long for any services, coffee maker doesn't work, staff have changed routinely. Simply unhelpful, find yourself a credit union instead.

Came in to speak with a representative and complete a transaction. Sat in designated area and was never greeted or acknowledged after sitting for over 30 min for assistance from the only rep that appeared to be working. Meanwhile three other employees walked around holding conversations. An acknowledgment and estimate time frame would have been appreciated! Especially being a longtime customer with this establishment. Very poor customer service during this visit is disappointing!
