I was here 2 months ago. I had Carina. Sweet lady but after hours of working on my hair, she was so happy that I was convinced she did a great job. What I asked for was a light brown, ash toned color. She got advice from a lady name Lori, so I’m not sure who’s great idea it was but together they came up with a mix and she send me away excited about whatever happened but I realized just a couple of days later, my hair looked orange. In the sun it looked like a Christmas decor. When I washed it the first time, after blow drying, the thing looked like Chucky’s hair-do. Definitely not the ash-toned color I was going for.

Vibe of the place is laid back. The service requested is Japanese, Keratin straight hair for my moody teenager. Ruby is a miracle worker. Very patient and no doubt, hard worker. Usually, my son can't even stand 5 mins wait, and yet he sat there for 2 1/2 hours of work. I didn't stay, of course. As for the price, very good, it's the same price I paid in Singapore.

Nina has done my hair twice now an both times have made me leaving her chair feeling so beautiful , she does amazing work an takes pride in what she does she's great with color an her cuts with my curls just are everything I've wanted highly recommend!!

I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON Megan is horrible!!! I'm be honest it's been the second time she did this to me the first time she took someone after me and had me under the dryer and made me wait even though I was there already at my appt and they were late and I ended up waiting my hair over processed and I had to say something even then and then I come for an appt I booked weeks out for 4 and she kept pushing me off that day to come at 5 and then I sat there until 5:30 waiting for my 4 pm appt and then you said your son was sick and you had to go do I didn't get my hair done at all pretty sad and you should of compensated me since I drove from Vacaville both times. I'm so pissed about it all still and the owners keep her and she's a mess. I hope she gets herself together for other folks don't feel like I do.

Terrible experience went to Megan and she had overbooked her appointments so was working on me and two other people at same time so unprofessional. Every other place I've been before they've always put 3-4 hours for one client. Then my color was not like the picture at all. I had to go back 3 times still not happy with the results. Now I have to go to someone else to get it fixed spend more money. Not sure about the other stylist but definitely save ur money and go somewhere else.

Ruby, at Chadbourne, is the best. Always professional, on time & friendly. My hair was brashy & color was bad when I first started seeing her & she worked her magic. Hair is healthy, color is spot on & prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

If you want a Debbie downer this salon is for you. I was new in the area and called the salon a had an appointment. She charged me per hour. She was so slow and took about 4 hours to color and cut, style my hair. In the meantime hee other appointment showed up and made me wait even longer. She was so negative and told me your hair is really thin in front. I knew that and made me feel even worse. I wanted to cry. One of the other hair stylist came over when she went to the back and said are you ok. I said no. I could not leave. She had already colored part of my hair. Worst experience I have ever had. Watch out she is part Asian w short hair.

The second I saw Nina's ad in our local town magazine I new I found someone with the expertise to tackle my hair after I experienced 7+ years of illness & injury. AND I WAS RIGHT ABOUT NINA!! Needless to say, my hair had bore the brunt of major organ failure, complete loss of thyroid functions and all the havoc those conditions (and more) did to my poor hair. But it only took an appointment & Nina's infinite knowledge of hair conditioning, care, contour & experience to counsel me, put a plan in place to start with the roots and work up to ends with a perm that made my hair totally easy to deal with everyday ... and it turned out better than I EVER imagined!! In fact, in 40+ years of cuts, perms, and custom conditioñing Nina made my hair more beautiful than it has ever looked. Now I can spritz my locks with a conditioning spray, toss my curls & I'm ready for a busy day, or put it up with a clip & it's ready for an nice evening. But most of all Nina gave me my hair back & I'll remain a appreciative, devoted client forever! THANK YOU NINA . . . YOU ARE MY HERO!
