Came on Sunday around noon and there was already a line. The car wash is nestled in a small plaza surrounding other shops with a shared parking lot. Be careful, the line for the car wash maneuvers around other parking spaces. Some customers had a difficult time making their way around. Anyway, the lines move pretty fast here. I've always come here to get our cars washed, but it has been a while since we visited. We were deciding to get the 3 star. Each star shows the description of what you get and how much. Very helpful. Once you approach, you must take everything out so they can vacuum. You go inside to pay and get an air freshener. They have a few seats inside but plenty more outside. You can watch vehicles being washed and dried. They also have a tip "jar" on a post but it's shaped like a car. Cool! Employees stand next to your vehicle and wave their arms to say "ready" when they're finished. They vacuumed well, and the dashboard was shiny (no more dust). However, the interior doors were not wiped down well. I was pleased with the care of the remainder of items inside the car (first aid kit, bumper magnet, mini fire extinguisher, and Clorox wipes) it was all still there lol! Despite the minor detail in wiping down the doors, I would still come back and take me vehicles here.

Been going here for years (also my parents go here). I like that they're a small business and I haven't had any complaints. They've cleaned everything from expeditions to teslas for my family. I currently have their monthly unlimited subscription

Paid $40 for them to do an awful job. Inside wasn't even wiped down well. Also left for drip marks on my seat that had no marks at all. So don't know what chemical they dripped hopefully it comes off. Will never go again. First time ever I gave somebody a one star and it should be in no stars.

I got the 3 star premium car wash $30.99 The inside dashboard was not wiped down.Middle panel wasn't cleanedThe trunk carpet wasn't vacuumed Could've been better guys

Their biz should be called ONE star and NOT FIVE stars. You pay for the premium car wash $39.99 plus $2.00 SUV thinking you're getting the best. No!!!The inside dashboard was not wiped down. The doors and windows were still wet. Sloppy job I asked the guy is my car done he said yes. I said no it still has bird $hit on the windshield and the wiper blade frame. He acted like he wiped it down. When it was all said and done I had to rewash my car again. Wasted my time and my money. You got me once but you won't get me again.

Car was no vacuumed or wiped out at all still stuff in the cup holder very rude outside staff the act as if they don't like black people I've dealt with this many times and I'm coming to say the outside staff is racist

I had to interrupt the cashiers personal phone call today with my needing to pay. I'm so sorry to inconvenience her and her phone calls with those needs. Went to mention it to the manager and he too was horsing around on his phone. Clearly their phones are more essential than customer needs. My car looks good.

This place use to be really good, but it's gone downhill the last couple years. My biggest complaint is what they are using to shine the wheels. By the time I get home both sides of my car are covered in black marks making the wash pointless.

They clean my windows using some sort of foam window cleaner. They did not wipe off the trim around the window and the foam dried there. It was almost impossible to get off. Total lack of attention to detail. The windows were still streaky.

Seems like this owner has an excuse for everything, just admit that your cash wAsh isn't good and there a constant problem with customers. Bad customer service and very rude employees. Stop blaming other things on your car wash mistakes. If a person purchase a brand new car a the paint chip ands has scratches, it's the dealership fault not your machine which are old and dirty and outta date. Updated *** People like me? What does that mean? People who actually care about the service they get? People who actually bring up a matter that concerns everyone? Most of the reviews are the same. Most of your reply to all reviews is an excuse for everything. You have all the answer in the world???? Why does your cash wash have 2.5 stars from people like me. This is the car wash on sunset right? By the Gas station l? In the same parking lot as the pho place? Yea I think I have the right car wash. By the ghetto 711 right down by Dover park?! Am I right or wrong?! You should just shut down robbing people like me for their honest money. I'm pretty sure you got law suits for years!

The worst ever. I paid $170 for an interior detail and I really wanted the stains from my front seats cleaned and I told the lady this was my priority. She said that is not a problem and they would get the stains out. Needless to say 2 hours later I pick up my car and it is still stained. The worst is that they had me pay before I saw the finished job. I even went back the next day to have them clean the 2 front seats again and the guy took 7 mins to put a solution on it and then vacuum it. He didn't even take the time to see the stains which were still there after he cleaned it the second time. He didn't even scrub the stains. Like how do you expect something to get cleaned if you don't scrub it. On top of everything the car wash is a joke. If you have the top rail bars on your car, they will not clean the rood under them. The roof looks so weird with portions being cleaned and under the bars still being dirty. If you towel dry the cars how do you not see that the roof is still dirty. I would never recommend this place. Only go here for the fastest wash possible because they do not take the time to ensure your car is cleaned.

I wished I would have read the reviews BEFORE I came here. This car wash is HORRIBLE, they damaged all three of my rims and took all the paint off of the hubcaps. I have never experienced this before and I have been to many carwashes. I was shocked. Nicole said it was not their fault and they are not going to pay. I asked to see the footage of my vehicle as it came into the carwash. They refused. I suggest we all get together and sue this company for damaging our cars. The owner needs to know these people with their poor services are going to cost them money. I intend to pursue this further and if anyone is interested in joining me, please yelp me. No business should get away with causing damage and refusing to make it good.

Maybe i'm old fashioned but miss the old customer service when the cashier is not having a conversation on her bluetooth while my transaction is being done!
